This Kikugu nail dust collector has been really handy for doing my nails at home. I do a lot of filing and shaping, so having something that actually pulls the dust away makes a big difference. The suction is strong, and it catches a lot of the dust instead of letting it end up all over my table. I like the diamond design too because it looks cute sitting on my nail table. It has been easy to use and gives me plenty of power when I am working with nails. Cleaning it is also pretty simple, which makes me much more likely to use it.

As soon as I set this up I realized it seems to be designed for professionals doing other people's nails. The reason being: the control knob, display, and power port are all on the same side. When I'm doing my own nails, it's usually at a table or desk with the outlet on the other side of the desk. So a power port located on the back of the device is more convenient. With this one, you would be facing the client with the outlet behind you or under your station so the port in the front keeps it away from the client. Doing my own nails, I find the location of the plug awkward because it has to go over, under, or around the device to be plugged in. It's not a huge deal but something to think about when shopping around. All this being said, it is an excellent dust collector. It is very strong and large enough to give you plenty of room to work. It comes with an extra filter, which is great. The bling makes me smile so I'll put up with the awkward cord and it's also the best one I have in terms of suction power.

This dust collector is a pretty good size, ans is corded so it needs to be pligged in to turn on. Its very easy to use, you turn the knob to the desired suction level. It has a lot of suction power and is a bit loud but i have yet tp find a dust collector that isn't. The top is magnetic and holds the filter in. There is a tab you pull to lift the metal top and remove the filter which makes it is easy to remove to clean. The filter is easy clean by shaking out into a trash can and rinsed under water and left to dry. It comes woth a second filter ao tou can still use it while waiting for the original to dey. It also looks nice on my station, its white with a pretty pink rhinestone stripe around the sides near the top. It doesn't feel like flimsy plastic and is actually quite sturdy. Over all its a great product that offers convenience and helps prevent breathing in harmful dust. I'd recommend this product to anyone who's in the market for a nail dust collector.

This is an essential now for me! I do my own dip powder nails at home, and filing and shaping my nails was making a HUGE mess everywhere. I recognized this dust collector from the salon and was excited to try it out. It worked way better than I even imagined.This specific dust collector is a really convenient size. It is large enough to actually catch all the nail dust even if you move your hands around or aren't precisely over the vacuum part, but small enough that it isn't heavy and is relatively portable.The vacuum dial can be adjusted to accomadate how much suction you need, and it has a color coded indicator light to tell you how high or low it is currently set at. You can also hear the difference in the low settings and high settings, but even the high settings are not loud. You can turn it all the way up and I would say it is way quieter than a diffuser or a hair dryer on the lowest setting. My nail dremel is actually louder than this also, so I would say it is very quiet, especially when considering how effective it is.I personally removed the filters and just put a paper towel as a barrier to make it easier to clean up, but this does come with two filters for you to use.The bedazzling on the outside and light features on this dust collector are an added cherry on top. Very cute, very professional!

This nail dust collector has a solid, substantial feel to it and doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy. It does an excellent job collecting the fine gel nail, dip powder or acrylic nail filing dust that would otherwise end up all over my counter top and myself or in the air you’re breathing. The reusable filters are a nice bonus and make it more economical over time. This is one of the tools I debated if I needed or not when I began my DIY nail journey and now I see why it is essential.The fan is definitely on the noisy side, but I think that’s the trade-off for having strong suction. Personally, I’d rather deal with a little extra noise than have dust settling everywhere. It has already made doing my nails much more convenient since I no longer have to work exclusively over my bathroom counter for easier cleanup.As an unexpected bonus, the noise seems to keep my curious cat from jumping up to investigate while I’m filing my nails! Haha Overall, I’m very happy with the performance and would recommend it to anyone who regularly does their own gel, dip or acrylic manicures.
