Concrete doesn't have to be boring and concrete stamps are an easy way to create high end looks without high end prices!This concrete stamp creates the look of wood boards. The stamp is made from polyurethane and highly flexible, which comes in handy for stamping rounded edges and getting into tight corners or edges.The back has 2 wide handle straps, which I appreciate, as most of my concrete stamps either have knobs, hard handles, or nothing, and there's a time and a place for a handle and isn't always required, but for this large of stamp, to maintain clean stamps, the handle is a must. One of the handles was set really deep into the mold and almost came through the front, so that's a little concerning as I hope it doesn't create a thin and weak spot that could eventually rip or lift with continual use.I haven't used it just yet, as several other projects are still needing completed, but I'm completely satisfied with the size of the stamp and faux wood print!

I used this on a small concrete project where I wanted a stone texture instead of leaving the surface plain, and I was impressed with the amount of detail it transferred into the concrete. The slate pattern has enough variation and depth that the finished surface looks much more natural than I expected from a single stamping mat.The long, narrow shape was particularly easy to work with. I could position it, press the pattern, lift it, and continue down the concrete without struggling with a large square mat. The polyurethane is flexible enough to work along the surface while still feeling thick and durable.Timing matters with concrete stamping, and I found that getting the concrete to the right firmness and using release agent made a big difference. Once I had that figured out, the mat released cleanly and I was able to blend the impressions without obvious rectangular outlines between sections.For smaller decorative concrete projects, especially walkways, borders, or areas around a patio, this gives plain concrete a much more finished appearance without needing an entire professional stamp set.

I tested the mat on a small 4x6 concrete landing rather than a large patio so I could see how obvious the repeat pattern became.At the right finishing stage the polyurethane transferred a convincing slate texture, released cleanly with release agent, and did not curl after repeated tamping. Rotating the mat 180 degrees and varying overlap kept most repeats from jumping out.After several stamped sections and repeated cleanup, the mat stayed flat and the texture edges had not curled or split.A single 28.3 by 11.8 inch skin slows the job and can repeat visibly on a large slab, so multiple complementary patterns would be better for big areas. That limitation did not prevent the main function from staying consistent in my use.

This is a very good quality stamp matt and I am renovating a room in my house, and I look forward to using this!!Because it is made out of a type of silicon. It offers excellent flexibility and cleaning this is easy!! I have not used this for complete work. But have tested this for a starting project and so far, I am getting excellent results with this!!! The pricing for this is fair and overall. I'm really happy with this product!!

Great high quality stamp. Large enough surface to stamp 2 planks at a time, not like some other stamps that you have to reset twice as much. Easy to match up for next row. Wood texture is realistic, you may want to use some concrete coloring before stamping to get some color variation. Its a professional set, heavy duty silicone.

Concrete stamping is all the rage. If you’ve been thinking about experimenting with stamped concrete this might be a great place to start. I got this stamp to do a section of sidewalk in my back yard. This stamp is very solid and very flexible. The handles are embedded in the polyurethane material so no worries about the stamp getting stuck in the concrete. I think ideally you would have two of these to make it easier to keep the pattern in alignment but I’m going to experiment with one. I love the wood look pattern and the stamp itself has good weight to it. I’m pretty sure I’ll need to get a release agent to spray on it so that it doesn’t pull up the surface of the concrete. I’m pretty sure this stamp will pay for itself with a single job.
