This is another one of those gadgets you didn't know you needed. I replaced a couple of old and worn out broom holders that never really hold the broom but we try popping the handle in anyway. The mounting was straightforward and didn't take very long. I agree with some of the other reviewers, the top shelf and the broom holder mount seem to be very different quality and I am not sure I am going to install it. The broom/mop holder though, is very nice. The brackets hold well for a variety of handle sizes. I love the addition of the hooks that allows us to keep our cleaning cloths and gloves near the broom / mop station. This is a very handy addition to our household.

This worked out really good for my laundry room. I mounted it behind the door and it helped clean up a bunch of the usual broom, mop, and cleaning product clutter that always ends up shoved in a corner.The top shelf is useful for sprays, bottles, or smaller cleaning items, and the handle holders grabbed onto the brooms and mops better than I expected. The hooks are nice too for hanging smaller things or anything with a loop.It mounted well, but I did use my own better screws instead of the basic hardware it came with. That’s usually the safer move with stuff like this, especially if you plan on putting some weight on it. Overall, it looks nice, feels practical, and I’d recommend it for a laundry room, kitchen, closet, or garage.

Mounting was straight forward and it is functionally sound but i would not trust it with anything but light weight.Overall, there is some value in this combo if it suits your needs, the broom holder works well, has hooks for additional accessories and is visually pleasing. The shelf feels like a "add on" last minute afterthought to add some value to the package. It works and is functional but somehow feels out of place to me. i would recommend it for the broom holder, just lower your expectation on the shelf, or maybe if they knocked 20% off the price tag.

What a vast difference between the two wood pieces. The broom holder is stained balsa or acacia and has nice looking grain. The color is appealing and the broom holders and hooks work well. A definite winner. The shelf is dollar store junk with shiny unevenly glued cheap veneer over particle board that is dark and nearly without grain. The shelf brackets are light duty and cheap. The two pieces don’t even come close to matching. I’m planning to toss the shelf and make my own, but install the mop holder. Fair value for the mop holder is $15-20. I wouldn’t pay a cent for the shelf or brackets. 5 stars for the mop holder. Zero stars for the shelf.
