I recently purchased a Cobbe showerhead, and I love it! My previous showerhead did not have a filter, or a handheld feature. For that matter, my old showerhead didn’t have multiple spray types either. I have definitely noticed a difference in my skin and hair since using my Cobbe showerhead! I just wish these filters were clear on the outside, so you could see something when you replace them. Because I know they’re working, and I’ve seen other showerhead filters that get hard as a rock from the minerals they absorb, and there’s something satisfying about seeing a spent filter. But that’s neither here nor there. I can feel the difference, and that’s all that matters. These filters are a better value than buying the OEM filters, and I don’t notice any difference between the two. They are as easily installed as the OEM filters, and truly seem to be identical. As I did not want an expensive replacement filter to prevent me from purchasing a filtered showerhead, the Cobbe was a great choice as there are many aftermarket filter manufacturers. So far, they have functioned identically to the OEM filters and are definitely a better value! I will likely change them more often than required, because cost will not be a barrier. I don’t have great water pressure at my apartment, so it’s difficult for me to evaluate water pressure, as it’s already suboptimal. But I don’t think these filters affect my water pressure. Overall, I think these are just as well-made as the OEM filters, and do the exact same job at filtering out heavy metals and chlorine!

We use a Cobbe shiwehead at our cabin that is on a sandpoint well and doesn't have the best water. While these are likely not quite as good as the OEM filters, they fit my Cobbe shower head well and work to both soften the water and take out the sulfur smell, like the original.Each filter comes individually shrink wrapped, so these should store well.To use, flush the filter out first to get any charcoal dust out, then simply unscrew your shower head, out with the old, in with the new. While these are slightly longer then the OEM, they still fit and work fine.Overall, good value for a four pack of Cobbe compatible finger cartridges.

We have really hard water, and I can absolutely tell the difference these filters make in my hair. The mineral buildup was doing a number on it, and using a filtered shower head has made a HUGE difference. Fits the Cobbe Shower Head exactly, with no play or leakage. Upon needing to replace my filter because I could see my skin had begun to dryout, this one was easy to install. Just twist off the shower head. Pull out the existing filter. Then, unwrap this replacement and insert into shower head's rubber washered slot. Upon turning on the water, I noticed an immediate effect. The shower water appeared to instantly penetrate my skin instead of bouncing off. I only use herbal soaps and they mixed with the filtered water to produce a very thick and long lasting suds that thoroughly washed both hair and skin, quickly. Upon patting dry, amazingly, my skin remained moist and turgid with no hard water residue, nor drying out. Excellent filter.

I recently ordered a Cobbe shower-head and really like it. We have hard tap water here where I am located, full of dissolved limestone, giving it an excessive concentration of calcium and magnesium. When fatty acids and oils in your hand soap, dish soap, or toothpaste combine with the calcium and magnesium in your tap water, they react to form a new, insoluble substance… soap scum. You get that squeaky-clean feeling from that residue left on your body. I can’t believe it took me SO long to find out there is an inexpensive, simple fix for shower water. No going back. I will be keeping filter cartridges on hand to replace as needed; I estimate about every 4-6 months. It depends on your usage.
