I got the 4x6 clear tarp because I wanted something that would keep rain and wind out without completely blocking the light or my view. So far, I'm really happy with it. The clear PVC is thicker than I expected and definitely feels more heavy duty than the cheap plastic tarps I've used in the past.The biggest thing I like is how clear it is. You can actually see through it instead of it looking cloudy or like frosted plastic. This makes it really useful for a porch, greenhouse, chicken coop, outdoor work area, or anywhere else you want some protection from the weather but still want sunlight coming through.The grommets around the edges are also really helpful. I was able to get it secured without much trouble, and having multiple places to tie it down makes it easier to get it fairly tight instead of having it flap around everywhere when the wind picks up. The edges seem to be made pretty well too.We've had some rain since putting it up, and it has done a good job keeping the area behind it dry. I can see this being really useful during the colder months for blocking wind and rain around a porch or covered patio. Living in Florida, one always has to keep a tarp on hand for emergencies during storm season. Upon opening, I was surprised at the thickness of this tarp compared to others I've had in the past that would tear easily. This PVC is thick and solid. The metal grommets are attached well and of good quality. I like that the vinyl is clear, waterproof and two ropes and tie wraps were included. This 4x6 tarp is compact and folds flat enough that it is easy to store until needed. While I haven't been able to test it yet, I feel confident it will be just what we need. It is a good value at regular price of $19.36 with a coupon price of $14.32 at the time of this review.

This tarp is amazing I absolutely love it. My sky light in my rv got broken so I was reading this item and thought would be a good hold over for now until I can fully replace it. Well it works amazing I have now more light in my bathroom shower in my rv then I did before. This tarp is definitely very water proof… it’s a tough tarp and very very durable you can tell it’s made very well and a lot of thought was put behind its design I absolutely love this tarp and plan to get more very soon. If it wasn’t for amazon vine I wouldn’t of ever seen this tarp I highly recommend this tarp for any thing you need to keep wind water and bugs out it’s amazing

I really love the idea behind these clear PVC panels. We’ve seen this type of setup at restaurants where they enclose patios and pergolas, and it makes so much sense for a home outdoor space.The clear material lets you still see outside and enjoy the view, while creating a barrier against cold wind and weather. If you have a heater that is specifically safe for use in an enclosed outdoor area, I can see how this could also help keep the warmth in and make a porch or pergola much more comfortable in cooler weather.The 4 x 6-foot size is useful for covering a good-sized section, and the 14-mil thickness feels substantial rather than like a flimsy sheet of plastic.
