Great for trimming tile

[Size: 1.6 Inch]
These glass cutting discs are great when it comes to trimming glass tiles. They don't dull quickly so you can get a lot of tiles done with just one cutting disc, they last a long time. I like how you get the threaded flange to go on your rotary tool. The cutting discs are very secure on the flange with mini allen bolts. Also it is very balanced when spinning.

Great for Tile/CeramicsGreat for Tile/Ceramics

[Size: 1.6 Inch, Size: 1.6 Inch]
This is great for tile & ceramics which don't need absolute precision. However, I am not sure how useful that it would be for glass, as trying to get a perfectly straight edge, or cut, is impossible. Make sure you wear a respirator while using this, as things like glass dust NEVER leave your lungs. It looks like it will last a long time and is at the pretty good price point. BEST

Great for small detail cuts, but check your tool setup

[Size: 1.6 Inch]
These are useful little diamond discs for small tile, ceramic, or glass jobs where a full-size blade would be too aggressive. I like having a few extras on hand since they’re meant for shallow, controlled cuts and getting into tight spots. The cuts came out pretty clean when I took my time, and using a little water helps keep things cooler.Just pay attention to the mounting setup before ordering. These use a 1/4-inch flange for an angle grinder or die grinder, so they will not fit a standard Dremel-style tool without an adapter. Definitely not something for cutting through thick tile or stone, but solid for detail work.

I'm impressed with the quality of this little kit, and the thought that went into the design. For the very reasonable price, I was expecting a lot less attention to detail and fabrication than this tool provides. The machining and finish of the tool is really first-rate, with sharp, clean threads. The cutting discs are secured by three oversize allen-head bolts that should provide a bullet-proof connection between the disc and the tool.I like the fact it comes with five spare cutting discs - this ensures that the tool will last far longer than you'd normally expect out of such a budget-priced device. The discs have well-embedded "diamond" chips - it's hard to know for sure, but they sure look like diamond chips (you get a near jewelry type sparkle out of the discs when you hold them up to a bright light).

Great for Precision Cuts and Detailed WorkGreat for Precision Cuts and Detailed Work

[Size: 1.6 Inch, Size: 1.6 Inch]
I picked up this Mini Diamond Glass Cutting Disc for some detailed tile and glass cutting projects, and overall I've been very pleased with its performance. The 1.6-inch size makes it easy to maneuver in tight spaces and allows for much more precise cuts than larger cutting wheels. It's especially useful for detail work on porcelain tile, glass, ceramic, and small DIY art projects. The build quality is impressive for the price. The diamond-coated cutting edge feels well-made and cuts smoothly with minimal chipping when used properly. I was able to make clean, controlled cuts on ceramic and glass pieces that would have been difficult with a standard blade. The included 1/4-inch flange fit securely on my rotary tool and remained stable throughout use.Durability has been good so far. After multiple projects, the cutting edge still performs consistently and doesn't show excessive wear. While it isn't designed for heavy-duty production work, it holds up well for hobbyists, DIYers, and occasional professional detail work. The value is also good. Considering the clean cuts, versatility across different materials, and included flange, it offers a lot of capability for a relatively small investment. It has saved me time and reduced waste from chipped materials.Bottom line, for precision cutting and detailed work, it performs very well and is a worthwhile addition to any DIY or craft toolkit.

What arrives is a rather unassuming baggie (Pic 1), but when you open it you find a little screw-capped plastic jar holding the product itself (Pic 2). Unlike some other jars I've seen like this, you don't have to disassemble the product to fit it in, so this one is worth keeping for storage.Inside the box (Pic 3) you find the cutter's arbor with one disc already attached, a separate pack of four discs, and an Allen key with which you can change the discs on the arbor. The arbor itself has a standard 5/8"-11 female thread, and so will fit most angle grinders and a variety of other motorised drive tools. The arbor is machined with flats, which measure 0.74", so you'll want a 3/4" wrench to secure the arbor to your drive tool (Pic 4). The arbor is well made, the disc mounted true on the arbor, and the thread worked well on the angle grinder I used to test it. The discs themselves (in my case with the 1.6" product) do indeed measure 1.6" in diameter (Pic 5), and are 0.075" thick (Pic 6). The discs are strong-seeming and didn't flop around, fall off, or distort in any way during my testing.Of course, a 1.6" disc has only a small possible cutting depth. In the case of the 1.6" disc size, the abrasive spans a radius of 0.3", and there's effectively no distance between where the abrasive ends and the outer edge of the arbor starts, so this is about the limit of the depth you can hope to be able to cut.In the attached movie, there are two little scenes showing some of my tests. The first one shows cutting into an offcut of marble. Cutting was fast and smooth, though of course not deep enough to cut right through the 3/4" marble. In the second test, I cut into a glass bottle. Again, I experienced no problems, and was pleased with the result. Of course, for real usage I wouldn't operate like this, and would have figured out better clamping, which is clearly important for good results. In practice, I doubt that I'll use an angle grinder with these cutting discs. It's bulky, and gets in the way, and is vastly overpowered for these discs, but it's nice to know that everything works fine this way.The bottom line is that I like what I got. I see no obvious design or manufacture flaws, and it seems to deliver what the manufacturer claims. I think that the price is probably fair for what you get, but not a screaming deal, especially when compared (say) to 4.5" diamond blade cutoff discs, but then the comparison probably isn't terribly fair, since you can't use this product to cut thick slabs of stone, but you can't use the cutoff discs for delicate work.

Exceptional Precision for Delicate & Intricate Material CutsExceptional Precision for Delicate & ...

[Size: 1.6 Inch, Size: 1.6 Inch]
When working with delicate materials like glass, porcelain, or tile, a standard 4-1/2 inch angle grinder blade is simply too aggressive and bulky. This ZORUNNA 1.6-Inch Mini Diamond Disc Pack fills that gap perfectly. It provides the surgical precision needed for intricate glass art, detailed tile work, and chip-free profiling without shattering your workpiece.Performance BreakdownUltra-Smooth, Chip-Free Cutting: The standout feature here is the ultra-fine diamond grit matrix. Testing it on fragile materials like glass bottles, porcelain tiles, and ceramic tubes reveals incredibly clean entry and exit cuts. It glides through the material with almost zero chipping or micro-fracturing along the cut line.Robust Hardware & Flange Setup: The kit includes a robust 1/4" flange mandrel shank that fits standard die grinders, rotary tools, or drills. The flange design provides crucial surface area support to the tiny 1.6-inch disc, locking it flat and eliminating the shaft flex or wobble that typically causes glass to snap mid-cut.Heat Management: Despite their diminutive size, these blades manage heat remarkably well during dry cuts. However, for maximum longevity and an absolutely flawless, polished edge on high-end glass or jade, adding a light water drip or mist makes a massive difference.
