I am not familiar with this brand, but the nailer seems to be really well made. I didn't have any Dewalt batteries, so I was lucky enough to catch some on Woot for a really excellent price. Batteries fit perfectly. This is a bit heavy especially with the battery, but well balanced. The kit comes with a nice case which fits at least two batteries. It also comes with detailed instructions and some brads in different lengths. Now that I have the Dewalt batteries, I'll be looking to add to my collection. 5 stars.

I’ve owned and used nearly a dozen Brad and Finish Nail guns in my life, but this is the first one I’ve had, that is battery operated and portable. There are two other versions of this type of tool. One of them is pneumatic which requires an air compressor and hose and can hardly be considered portable. The other type is a combustion tool, which is portable, but is often known to be requiring regular service. This battery operated nail gun, has one issue that the other types do not have and that there is a certain amount delay from pulling the trigger, till the nail actually enters the work. The other and more important difference is the amount of weight it has. This nail gun is rather heavy, even without the battery and depending upon the size of the battery, that weight can go up considerably. If you have very weak arms, this may not be a tool that you want to own. If you are extensively operating this on a horizontal surface or in a position that is above you, you may soon end up with arm fatigue. It does have a safety feature, which will not allow it to fire unless it’s depressed against a surface. There is also two modes of firing, one by pulling the trigger, and the other, just a contact or impact, to set it off. One area that it differentiates itself from the other types of nail guns, is that it will also shoot U shaped staples. It does not come with a battery or charger. They do provide a small amount of various length brads and staples. It also comes with a very extensive English user manual

If you are looking for an easy to use brad nailer/staple gun that is battery powered so you don't have to drag around an air hose from an air compressor, then this one here is a good option.Being versatile enough to be able to use brad nails or staples comes in really handy, especially with woodworking, where you can sometimes need to use both on a single piece you are working on, like some drawer boxes.Since this battery powered nail gun uses DeWalt batteries and chargers, that makes it really convenient for people who already have some DeWalt power tools or who are looking to get a nail gun that has batteries and chargers that are easy to find.The gun itself is just a tad over 7 pounds 2 ounces, as seen in my attached image. That weight is without a battery in it, so depending on the capacity of the battery that you are going to use, that weight can go up a nice amount. This shouldn't be an issue for most jobs, but using it all day without breaks will take a toll on holding that much weight.The gun itself works flawlessly with both brad nails and staples, and since it uses a common size of both, they are easy to find when you need a different size or run out. I have tried it on soft woods, hard woods, and particle board, and it works well on all of them.The quality of this gun is very good, and it seems like it is made of materials that should be durable, and it has a good design. The weight is on the heavier side, but it's better that it has enough weight rather than be too lightweight. I think this brad nailer is a good value for what you get.

As with many home workshops, I’ve acquired a nice selection of power tools over the decades. Each has its purpose. In the last couple of decades, I’ve acquired many air tools to help ease the load on the hands, including nailers, impact drivers, and grinders. Lately, though, dragging around a 100- to 150-foot air hose has become a chore as I get older. So I decided to invest in battery tools for some things. I’d already converted my hand drills, circular saws, and impact drivers to battery. When I saw this 2-in-1 Brad Nailer from Quinleck, I had to check it out.What a beautiful device. After it arrived, I had a couple of tasks to do before the weather changes. Living in a house with cedar shingle siding means you will be replacing or reattaching shingles somewhere every year. This gun supports 18-gauge staples, so it was perfect for walking around the house cleaning up loose shingles. No air hose behind me. After that, I had a small drawer to fix that had cracked, and it came in handy for tacking the pieces together. Again, nice not to have a hose to drag around when using my old air tools.In short, if you're like me and have decided to convert some tools from air to battery, this is a great choice. Being able to use 18-gauge nails or staples makes it very versatile. The only downside I’ll gladly put up with is the weight. It’s definitely heavier than an air tool. Great build quality compared to some other brands I’ve used. Useful, comes with a storage case, and highly recommended. Just keep in mind that if you are not a DeWalt tool user, you will need a battery adapter, which you can easily find on Amazon.
