If you have a garage door which hangs more than 2 ft from your ceiling, you have as much as 150 square feet of storage space you could be using instead of tripping on it to get to that tool you think you left somewhere!These shelves can help utilize some of that space.In the photo you can see I put this next to my larger rack, giving me access to store items on both without losing too much usable space. Camping gear will soon find it's new home on one of these.The instructions say to install on 16 or 24 inch spans. That would normally be fine .... if during the construction of your home the carpenters actually measured 16 or 24 inches above the garage door. Instead I have 28 and even 32 inch spans over the garage door header!!! As a result, I was only able to secure one side of these shelves. Something I'll need to remember when I put up or take down items from this shelve. I'll look at securing the left side later.If you are lucky enough to have properly spaced studs, make sure you measure and verify the shelf nut placement.Once installed on studs, these are very strong and capable of holding just about anything you can lift over your head and up a step ladder. And that should be your rule of thumb. If I can't pick it up, I probably don't want to risk having it fall down on me.Assembly is easy, but I do wish it was a little more flexible on the width options. The integrated nuts for each shelf are only 16 or 24 inch studs and that really isn't very flexible. If you end up having the same issue I had, and you really want to make sure you secure both sides of the shelf, consider using a spanner board behind the wall mounts. Be sure to use good lag bolts on it.

Got these to finally get a bunch of heavy storage bins and tool cases off my garage floor. At 54, I'm done tripping over stuff or bending down to drag heavy totes across the concrete.Installation was straightforward. Just make sure you use a good stud finder and drill directly into the wall studs, because these shelves are heavy-duty and you want that solid backing. The metal construction feels tough, and the wire grid is thick enough that it doesn't bow or sag under load. Right now I have four large totes filled with holiday gear and extra hardware sitting on them, and they haven't budged at all.Solid product, clears up valuable floor space, and holds up to real weight without any fuss. Highly recommend them if you need serious garage organization.

These TORACK garage shelves are definitely heavy duty and hold a ton of weight with the 27 gallon bins we use to store stuff. They fit about 3 bins on each one and really help with keeping bins organized and off the ground. Assembly is very simple and straight forward, plus it's great that you are able to get them into studs because they are spaced foro standard stud distances.

This was a very useful heavy-duty garage wall shelves that help tremendously to make space in my not that big of garage these provide a ton of versatility and you can use them for so many different things I myself use these for mostly my RC car hobby but as well as other garage items that I was able to get off the ground and on the shelf this was made with good quality material it provides fantastic stability I would recommend using wall toggles to ensure it can handle as much weight as you need it once installed you can feel and tell the sturdiness is awesome the material use make these fantastic to have in the garage it has amazing durability and will last you a lifetime!I'll definitely recommend to anybody in need it was very easy assembling this product the directions are simple and straightforward and you could use these in your home other than the garage as well if you want overall I'm super satisfied with this product!

I've been working on building out the organization in my garage/workshop and thought these would make a good storage solution for some of my larger objects and some bins. These helped save a lot of floor space that these things were previously taking up. They look nice and match well with my other racking in there. They are super sturdy, just make sure you get them on a stud. They are easy to assemble and the instructions are provided in case you need them.

These shelves met my expatiations in most aspects. They are made of good quality and thick steel. The asembly is very easy and straightforward. They can fit most stud wall configs, however my application was for a carport with spread out centers so I mounted a board to the wall then mounted the shelves to the boards. The hardware included is suffice for assembly. Once installed correctly these shelves will easily support the max capacity they are rated at. Why three stars then??? Well the price just does not match up to what you get for the money. They are simply overpriced in my opinion. There are lots of heavy duty shelve options for this price but if you just want something quick and easy to get some shelves up then this may be for you.
