Perfect for under cabinets lights.Perfect for under cabinets lights.

These are inexpensive and very useful. You get 10 metal plates in the package, each with a strong adhesive backing. They provide a surface for magnetic items to attach to rather than being magnets themselves.I used mine for rechargeable under-cabinet lights, and they work perfectly for that purpose. The adhesive holds securely and makes it easy to remove the lights whenever they need charging.Simple product that does exactly what I needed it to do.

NON MAGNETIC "MAGNETIC STICKYS"NON MAGNETIC "MAGNETIC STICKYS"

[Number of Items: 10, Number of Items: 10]
These are advertised as "magnetic stickys".....but they are NOT magnetic. The listing is confusing at best, deceptive at worst. I was expecting adhesive backed magnetic bars. But no. These, instead, work as a simple way to keep rechargeable under‑cabinet lights mounted without dealing with screws or hardware. The strips are just thin iron plates with adhesive on the back, so they aren’t magnetic by themselves, but once they’re stuck to a cabinet wall or shelf, any light bar with built‑in magnets snaps right on. The size matches the common motion‑sensor light bars from brands like MCGOR, EZVALO, Gritin, and the rest, so they sit flat and don’t wobble. The metal is rigid enough that it doesn’t flex when you pull the light off for charging, and the adhesive backing holds up well as long as the surface is clean before sticking it down. The pack of ten is useful if you have lights scattered around different spots or want extra mounting points for repositioning. Installation is basically peel, stick, and done. No tools, no screws, and no fuss. They work in cabinets, closets, hallways, stair landings, or anywhere you want to drop a magnetic light without committing to permanent hardware. The only real thing to watch is the dimensions, because if your light bar is wider than the strip, it won’t sit centered. As long as the size matches, these do exactly what they’re supposed to do and make magnetic lights much easier to manage.

These are NOT magnetsThese are NOT magnets

I have bunches of assorted stick up LED lights. Thank you Amazon! And, no matter the shape of the fixture, almost always the back is one or more rectangular magnets. There are so many places these little rechargeable lights come in handy and almost all of the are not made of metal. That's why these little strips are so handy. Some, but not all, of my little LED lights came with the metal strip for mounting but pieces of furniture get changed, or you find a better location and you don't want to be prying the original base piece off with a putty knife. For less than $1 a piece you can have replacement bases or secondary locations. They are not fancy but these little strips have enough iron to provide a strong base for magnets. They have a nice brushed stainless finish under the protective blue film and a double sided adhesive strip on the back. The manufacturer was nice enough to include a screw hole if you want to make a more permanent attachment with the plates. The description 'magnetic stickys' will probably confuse some people. I wish they reworded the headline, although there is an explanation in the small print. Since I was aware what I was ordering, just metal plates, I am quite happy with them. I had used a bunch of small lights in a kitchen that I renovated. It was so nice to buy replacement plates instead of messing with the old ones. I use one each for my little puck lights and two for the bar lights I have. This was a good find.

These magnetic strips were exactly what I needed for my under cabinet lights. The adhesive backing sticks well, and the metal plates hold the lights securely without any slipping. Installation was quick and simple, and it made it easy to move the lights around whenever needed. The size was just right for my lights, and the 10-pack gives good value for the money. They feel sturdy and do the job well, so I would happily give this 5/5.

Solve my problem regarding USB magnetic lights that I like to use all over the house

[Number of Items: 10]
I love undercabinet lights and I always end up replacing them or moving them and I never have any little strips and these solve that problem I can put these strips wherever I want them and my undercabinet magnetic lights I can use anywhere now the adhesive is very strong. I would suggest if you’re doing under cabinets that are not finished sanded a little not too much just so that the loose stuff falls off is really all you’re trying to do they’re a nice big size. So that the magnet on the undercabinet lights, both cabinets can grab it if I use a small light I’m also organizing my garage and I am going to stick these on the front of the shelf inside the cabinet and use dry erase labels for label labeling the shelf so you know what’s on each shelf these are not just for under cabinets. I can see you placing these anywhere that you’re needing a USB light that’s magnetized they could be in the closet because that’s all my biggest problem with magnetized lights is where to stick them and this solves that problem I think these are a great value.

Works Well for Magnetic Lights

[Number of Items: 10]
Works Well for Magnetic LightsThese metal mounting plates worked well for reattaching the magnetic under-cabinet lights in my kitchen after we installed new cabinets. The original metal strips stayed with the old cabinets, so these were exactly what I needed to get the lights mounted again. The adhesive sticks well, and the plates provide a solid surface for magnetic lights to attach to. Just keep in mind that these are only the metal plates—they don’t contain magnets themselves. They’re designed to work with lights that already have built-in magnets. The one thing I wish I had realized beforehand is that these plates are fairly short, measuring less than 3 inches in length. On my lights, the magnets are located near the ends rather than in the center, so one plate wasn’t enough. I ended up needing two plates per light to provide enough contact area, and I ordered another pack to finish the job.At the time of my review, I felt these were a good value and performed exactly as intended.Overall, a simple, well-made solution for mounting magnetic lights, but be sure to measure your lights first since you may need more than one plate per fixture.
