The PUXILEM 2PC 4x4 Post Anchor Heavy Duty Post Base for Concrete Actual 3.5x3.5 delivers dependable structural footing and lateral stability for deck posts, porch railings, pergolas, and outdoor fencing. Engineered with exact 3.5 x 3.5-inch inner dimensions, it provides a snug, wobble-free fit around standard dimensional 4x4 lumber to keep upright timber rigid and secure. The heavy-duty steel plate construction offers exceptional load-bearing sturdiness, while the tough black powder-coated finish provides corrosion resistance and lasting durability against harsh outdoor weather. Its clean, low-profile appearance blends seamlessly into modern and traditional builds, keeping timber elevated above concrete to prevent water contact and premature rot. Equipped with the necessary mounting hardware and anchor fasteners for straightforward installation into concrete slabs, this 2-pack post base kit delivers high-grade structural quality, rock-solid stability, and outstanding overall value for money.

These post anchors are well made and sturdy, but what I missed when I got them is they have to be inserted into wet concrete. I mistakenly thought it was something where you can drill holes and then insert them. The entire reason I wanted an alternative to traditional post attachment is that I didn't want to have to tear out my porch and replace it with new concrete. But since that was my oversight and not a fault with the product, I still would recommend these. I examined them and the posts on the bottom (rebar?) are thick and sturdy and they have connectors between them to help keep them from bending. They elevate the wood part of the post just enough that it should help prevent wood rot. I have held on to the ones that I got while I reassess my situation with my porch.

These post anchors are exactly what I had hoped they would be. They fit a standard 4 x 4 from my local lumberyard perfectly. They are just as heavy duty as expected; the dimensions of the post part as well as the concrete part match the photos and product description. The welds seem to be very well done and clean. The powder coating seems to be very well attached and executed across the entire anchor. One word of caution on these is that they will need to be placed carefully using a level. I can’t be moved or even nudged once the concrete is set. So you wanna get them perfectly plumb, and precisely where you want them to be. The included hardware is quite adequate for working with 4 x 4 lumber, and this is much appreciated.

I ordered the PUXILEM 2PC 4x4 Post Anchor Heavy Duty Post Base for Concrete. These post anchors work great set in fresh concrete. They have cross beams for a stronger hold in the concrete. It also has a built-in lifter for the 4x4 post to keep it from sitting directly in water. The powder coating was well done and blemish-free. The weld points were clean and uniform. This post base should last several years before needing to be replaced. Overall, excellent quality and a good deal at $34.99.

I installed these on the posts on my deck and am very happy with the quality and strength. These post anchors are made from thick steel and finished nicely. They are very solid and have some weight to them. The welds are clean and consistent. The rebar is very strong and have bars connecting horizontally so once in concrete there should be no way of pulling out. You do need to make sure you have them in the exact location because once the concrete dries there's no way of any adjustments. One of the sides did lean in very slightly so I had a hard time getting the post in place. but once in place and screwed in there was no movement at all.Overall these are some of the most robust post anchors I've ever used.

We used these to anchor posts in concrete buckets to hold up a shade sail. They are solid and we were able to use them as expected. They are holding up the posts in the photo anchoring the posts in the concrete (then covered in decorative rock). Perfect for a home project where you need something quality!

Heavy duty post anchors worked great. These things are solid metal and the base is made out of rebar making it super strong. Easy to use I just popped them in when I poured concrete when it was semi firm. Great price and good solution for anchoring posts.
