For some reason, I happened to look up at one of our ridiculously high ceiling vents—the one I never pay attention to because it's so far out of reach. Big mistake. 😄 It had collected a respectable layer of dust, and I realized the old "white" vent wasn't exactly white anymore. It had reached that lovely shade of "aged ceiling."I ordered these in flat black to give the room a more updated look, and I'm really impressed with them. The finish is smooth, clean, and modern, and the louvers all move freely without sticking or feeling cheap. They feel solid and well made. They are affordable which is important when replacing more than a couple.Now all I have to do is locate the skyscraper-sized ladder needed to reach that ceiling! Until then, I'm looking forward to getting these installed because I think they're going to make a much bigger difference than most people would expect from something as simple as a vent cover.

I am really impressed with this 2-pack of black ceiling vent covers! The matte black finish looks incredibly stylish and gives the space a sharp, modern upgrade compared to standard white vents. The build quality of the steel is great. They feel heavy-duty, sturdy, and well-made.They arrived VERY well-packaged so there were no scratches or bends, and I really appreciated that they came with the color matching screws for a quick installation. I have one installed in the bathroom, so my only long-term test will be seeing how the finish handles the daily condensation and moisture build-up without rusting. Out of the box, the quality is top-notch. Highly recommend!

I ordered this set of vents for my garage wall vent project. The vents are packaged very carefully with corner protectors and cardboard and individually plastic wrapped. The black painted metal looks to be very durable, and included in the set are matching installation screws with black painted screw heads for a seamless look. The airflow is adjustable with the vent flap arm, so it's easy to adjust or close it. Overall, very happy with the look, materials and functionality of this vent set.

This metal black 10”x4” grille is very stylish. It has a medium gloss smooth finish and goes with any aesthetic. You have the damper that adjusts the airflow from completely closed, no air to completely open and full force air, along with everything in between. The adjuster is is very easy to slide from open to close, ita a smooth glide. It is made of great quality strong metal. The size was perfect for my hallway. I defiantly recommend, I give it a 10 out of 10. It was extremely easy to install, it only took me about 2 minutes max.

Nice product, did arrive with some serious scratches right in the middle of the face of the rim on both sides, clean through the black coating and very noticeable. Would be fine under a piece of furniture or in an out of the way location, probably wouldn’t notice the scratches. However, these will be going into a recently renovated home and would prefer that they were perfect and scratch free. They are a nice matte black color, not sure how well they will stay clean or if everything will show up and stick to them. Also I’d be very careful cleaning them, use mild detergent or just a damp very soft, lent free towel/rag. The outer rim is also rather thick and large for our liking, they do have a nice simple, clean modern presence to them and are a major upgrade if you’ve currently got old vent covers.
