Great dust collection hose. Works very well, I like that it's pretty clear so you can see if there is build up in the ridges. The clamps work good as well it's nice having the metal butterflys verses the plastic that always break! Great hose for a great price!

This is a 16 foot dust collection hose. Really, this could be used for other light duty uses. This will hold it's shape well. The walls aren't incredibly thick, so be careful if you use this for water. I needed a house this size as a drain for something. This is easy to cut. It comes with 4 ring clamps as well; you may need more of those. Quality is good overall, this is at pictured, described. This seems like an ok value.

VOLUNUA great product at a very reasonable price point.With about a 59 mills wall thickness and the embedded steel reinforcing wire, the hose can handle about 72.5 PSI of pressure (or negative pressure.) The ID is 4 inches and the outside is 4-1/2 inches.The unexpected part was that this is good for outdoor use...UV stabilized PVC was used to make it.The main body is crystal clear...very easy to see clearly what is inside.As a bonus: They included four, rust-prof (304 SS) screw cam style hose clamps, with thumb-screw tabs for tool free installation. The Hose wall is thick enough to use PVC glue at the connection if that is your preference.This is a great replacement for "hard" piping. It's flexibility has many advantages...especially if the pipe alignment has drifted over time.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the tubing. Extends quite a bit, but can also collapse if needed. The ends don't fray when cut like a lot of this flexi-tubing. The included bands are a waste of time though. Seems to be the trend on the bargain clamps that they weld on a thumb triangle onto the screw. Well that guitar pick welded on hits the band every rotation, and is just fiddly to use. A normal hex with a phillips inside allows a socket driver or screw driver to quickly spin to the dimension you want. I replaced with Ideal SS band clamps that I had lying around. If you had to buy them - it would make this a lesser value proposition.

I am using this VOLUNU dust collection hose with my thickness planer. After running about 40 feet of 12-inch wide rough-cut lumber through the planer, I really appreciate the difference this hose makes in dust collection. The 4” hose fits perfectly using a 45 degree adaptor to direct the flow and the thumb screw clamps were easy to use. Its diameter is large enough to allow unrestricted discharge from the powered exhaust of the planer. The 16 foot length will allow me use my planer inside the garage with the majority of the chips and dust collected outside in a large dust collection bag. I was using a cyclone-style vacuum dust extractor with my thickness planer with a 4 inch reducer to 2.5 inch diameter hose but experienced some blockage and incomplete chip extraction. With this 4 inch hose, I do not need the vacuum or the cyclone dust extractor for the thickness planer. I get better results plus no blockage. Storage is easy with the hose attached and coiled in a box next to the planer making it convenient to use. I am very pleased with how well the hose works.
