We wanted a modern update for our kitchen lighting and we found this 12 Inch Square LED Flush Mount Ceiling Light.This has brightened up our kitchen so much more than we expected. The brushed nickel frame gives it a clean, elegant look, and it's putting out a ton of light, definitely more than our old fixture ever did. Having five different color temperature options let us find the exact tone that worked best for the space.The dimming feature has been a nice bonus too, we hooked it up to a compatible dimmer switch and can now adjust the brightness anywhere from a soft glow to full daylight brightness. The frosted lens does a good job cutting down glare while still spreading light evenly across the room.Installation was simple with the included hardware and clear instructions. Great option for a kitchen, hallway, or home office that needs bright, even, and adjustable lighting.

I chose this specifically to replace an ugly builder-installed ceiling light that was in a somewhat awkward spot in the room...not centered over anything and definitely not somewhere I wanted a statement fixture.This worked perfectly for that. It has just enough style to look intentional, but the low-profile design blends easily with pretty much any decor and doesn't become the focal point of the room.Installation was very easy and straightforward if you're comfortable replacing light fixtures. The instructions were clear, and I had no issues getting it installed.One thing I would definitely recommend is testing the color temperature setting before you completely install it. It has several adjustable light temperatures, which is a great feature, but this fixture is BRIGHT. I ended up using one of the medium settings and really like it. The selector is on the fixture, though, so once it's mounted to the ceiling, you'll have to take it back down if you decide you want to change the color temperature.I also really like that it's dimmable. I've had issues with LED fixtures flickering or behaving strangely with dimmer switches, but this one dims smoothly and I haven't experienced any flickering.Overall, this was exactly what I wanted: bright when I need it, dimmable when I don't, easy to install, and attractive without demanding attention. Most importantly, it looks so much better than the builder-grade fixture that was there before.

I got this to install in a walk-in closet. It looks and works great now that its installed but when i 1st recieved it it seemed to not be made very sturdy and felt sort of cheaply made but as long as your careful not to drop or set anything on it because i think the metal will be very easy to damage, but overall its a nice looking light. The ability to change the color scheme is great too. I could see wanting to adjust the color depending on what room of the house this is installed in so it has quite a bit of different uses.

So for now, I have this mounted in a large walk in closet, and it will be mounted flush when I have the time, but for now is simply mounted to the ceiling. I'm very happy with how it looks, it produces a fantastic amount of light, which it is a relatively small room, but it still puts out a very large amount of light regardless. The colors all look great, the higher kelvin numbers don't produce an excess of blue light that some cheaper lights will have when they get around 5-6k, 5k is a nice perfectly neutral white light which is what I love for my home. It's standard wiring for hooking it up, and the mounting brackets are all very sturdy and well made, they aren't super thin or flimsy feeling, they will hold up when I do get around to flush mounting it, which will look even better.

A good ceiling fixture for the price. Make sure you measure though, 12 inches is far bigger than I expected once it got here. it's a straight forward install if you've installed a lighting fixture before. Just be careful, the edges are not sanded, or at least mine aren't, so you could easily cut yourself on the square of the light. But, once it's up on the ceiling, that shouldn't be an issue! It's customizable with different light options which is really nice and I didn't expect it from a light you'd hard wire for install.

I really like this low-profile ceiling lamp. The brushed nickel finish is well made and complements my other light fixtures perfectly. The knurled cap nuts used to hold the cover in place are bigger than the ones I’m used to, which makes them easy to turn, so it’s simple to take the lens on and off, and the whole fixture is lightweight, so it’s easy to install. The plastic frosted lens/cover does a good job diffusing the light, so that the individual LED elements are not visible, and because there are no bulky old-school bulbs to install, the whole thing is less than 2” thick, which works great for my hallway location, where I don’t want a bulky fixture hanging down. The best part is it’s energy efficient, and I’ll need to change the bulbs. The price is also very reasonable given the overall quality, especially if you buy these in bulk. IMO, they’re a better value than what’s available at my local hardware stores.

I installed this light and have been pretty happy with it overall. It looks quiet a bit larger than I expected (12-inch fixture is big :), so make sure to check the dimensions before ordering. That said, the low-profile design still looks clean and modern once installed.My favorite feature is the selectable color temperature.
