This is lightweight and easy to install. It comes with a matching white screws. I love the three-way air passage vent. I do love that it is plastic. My old registers were metal and have been in this house for over 26 years and they were quite filthy and somewhat rusty which is puzzling because they never salt water.Keep in mind with a plastic vent you cannot cover it with a magnetic cover but I never did that anyway since these open and close.The outside edge is a little larger than the standard builder grade metal vents that were originally put in the house and I appreciate that.They look nice and clean and I am happy with that. I will be buying more of these. I wish they came in a four pack or a six pack.

I am so very impressed with this white plastic celing air vent.My home has air vents from the 90's. The design in that era only angles the air flow in one direction. This new 3 way air flow design is a gamechanger.The sides of the air vent are designed to blow the air outward. This assists in air distribution within the space. Your vent suddenly increases the area that is being cooled. Such an ingenious design.My old vents are metal. As the years have passed, the vents have yellowed. They look old. This white plastic is crisp and sharp. The ceiling looks so much fresher with the new grate.To ensure you order the correct size, remove your existing ceiling grate and measure the opening.I found the grate was super easy to install and an exact fit. The included screws fit perfectly into the threads inside the opening. The vent is flush to the ceiling and looks terrific.The price for this plastic ceiling vent appears to be fairly competitive. It is excellent quality and a terrific choice. I absolutely recommend it 👌.

These are plastic and I love them! I have all metal vents in my home and I didn’t even know they made them in plastic! I prefer them plastic because my metal ones eventually rusted and I don’t have to worry about that with these! Make sure you measure the inside hole when you purchase because I had ordered by the outside size of the previous cover and I got it wrong. Luckily I was able to use this one in my hallway! This was an easy 2 screw swap, took about 5 minutes! I plan to buy more for the rest of my home!
