It's a good option for trim in the bathroom. It's a good quality for the price and installation is a breeze.The adhesive is pretty good but not the best that I've used before. It's neutral on appearance but is great for something like a gap with a tub.

I ordered this flexible trim specifically to use along the edge of my bathtub. I first had to remove the old silicone caulking, then used the included primer wipes to thoroughly clean and prep the area. After letting it dry completely, I was ready to install the trim.Since I've never used this type of product before, I took my time and applied it slowly, pulling the plastic backing off as I went. It was surprisingly easy to install, and the adhesive adhered very well. I really like the finished appearance . . .it looks much cleaner and more uniform than the uneven bead of silicone caulking I had before.The trim is a very bright, clean white, which gave the bathtub edge a nice finished look. The only problem is that it made my older grout lines around the tile suddenly look REALLY old! 😂 So now I'll need to get some grout paint to make everything look as fresh as the new trim. I'd call that a happy problem!Overall, I'm very happy with this product. It was easy to work with, adhered well, and gave my bathtub edge a much cleaner, more finished appearance.

This molding comes coiled up tightly for shipping and storage purposes. Also demonstrates how pliable this molding is. I originally had my doubts, thinking that it would be difficult to work with, but that is not the case. This molding bends and twists with little effort, making it a good choice for rounded or oddly shaped areas. Cutting the molding to fit isn't difficult. Takes a little bit of work to get a clean, smooth cut, but that is to be expected. The adhesive backing is quite strong. Once placed and settled, I don't think it's going anywhere unless you want it to. Being a white rubber material, it looks much better paired to a lighter background, in my opinion. It's probably possible to paint if you want. But the silicon rubber looks pretty professional on its own. I was worried that it would be too shiny and plasticky looking and came away pleasantly surprised. Installed with care, this can look quite nice. Good product. Better than I had expected.

Wow! What a fantastic & easy way to freshen up & waterproof any place in the house that requires ‘caulking’. I am thrilled for the opportunity to try this flexible round molding out & even more impressed with the results. So..not to sound sad but I became a widow 2 months after moving into a home in the country. Not knowing much about handy-work or home maintenance, I have had a really tough time keeping up with an older home, all by myself. I am so grateful for companies like KAYLEINSTER that offer convenient & quality home repair/improvement products. They generously threw in 2 pairs of disposable gloves & 4 primer wipes to help clean & prepare for installation. I ordered the 236” quarter round molding strip which was the perfect size & fit for my kitchen counter. I had enough for the entire backsplash/countertops area with about 3” to spare. It was extremely quick & easy to install. I cleaned & primed the area, removed the adhesive tape & pressed it into the groove where I wanted it to go. The built-in adhesive is extremely strong which made adjusting a few spots difficult but still doable. It was very easy to cut the ends with its 3-ribbed hollow middle. It took about 15min in total because I was meticulous. It looks absolutely incredible! I smile every time I walk through the kitchen & look at it. Now I want a bunch more for other areas in my house that need revamping. This easy to install molding would look great in the bathroom, around the sinks, tub & toilet; in the kitchen or along any trim line around the house. It’s extremely versatile. My only complaint is the price point. It seems on the high side in my opinion. Right now it’s normally $37 for the 236” with a 15% coupon. That’s still pretty expensive. I caulked my entire bathtub last year for under $10. The price is definitely for the convenience this awesome ready to go molding allows. For any & all who need to get things done fast & who have a little extra money to put towards it..I’d definitely recommend this one & done molding 100%. Before & after pics included..

When I built a small kitchenette outside my basement bedroom, I noticed there was a slight gap between the bottom of the cabinets and the painted concrete floor. It wasn't very large, but it was enough that I was concerned about water or spilled liquids working their way underneath and eventually causing mold or mildew. This flexible quarter-round molding turned out to be exactly what I needed.Installation was surprisingly easy. The silicone molding is very flexible, so it conforms well to minor variations in the floor. I took the time to thoroughly clean the surface first and wiped everything down with 91% isopropyl alcohol before applying it. That gave the adhesive the best possible surface to bond to.One tip I would recommend is to work slowly. Peel back only a few inches of the backing at a time and press the molding firmly into the corner where the floor meets the cabinet instead of pushing on the front or bottom. Doing it that way produced a smooth, professional-looking installation with no gaps or wrinkles.The adhesive is impressively strong, but it doesn't seem overly aggressive. It holds the molding securely while still appearing removable without damaging the painted floor or the cabinet finish if I ever need to replace it.The finished result looks clean and intentional, almost as if it was installed with the cabinets from the beginning. More importantly, it creates a nice barrier that should help keep spills and mop water from getting underneath the cabinets.The kit also includes cleaning pads, primer packets, and clear instructions, which made installation even easier. If you're looking for a simple way to seal small gaps around cabinets, baseboards, bathtubs, or similar areas, this is an excellent solution. It looks good, installs easily, and does exactly what it's designed to do.
