I added this tripod table lamp to my home office and have used it for the past 10 days. It adds just the right amount of ambient light and Mid-Century charm to the space. This lamp features a white linen shade wrapped around a frosted plastic diffuser, which softens the 3000K LED light. The light wood tripod legs have a protective seal. We’ve owned several small ambient lamps and have been disappointed because they look inexpensively made. This lamp is the opposite. From a foot away, the materials and construction give it a more substantial look than I expected. The tripod legs provide good stability; in my testing, it stayed upright when I gave it a light tap. It sits sturdily on flat surfaces. The entire lamp weighs under 12 ounces and is compact. It is just short of 11 inches high, and at the widest part of the shade, it is approximately 6-3/4 inches. It is wired and plugs into a USB port with a simple on/off switch.Room for improvement. I appreciate that the lamp is wired, but I think the inline switch is too far from the lamp itself. According to my measurements, the inline switch is 2 ft from where the wire exits the bulb housing. Additionally, it takes strong fingers to squeeze the spring clips to install the shade; therefore, this is something to note for those with dexterity issues. Overall, I do love the look of this lamp and its simplicity. I think it is competitively priced and would be 5 stars if not for the issues stated above.

This is the cutest little lamp! The wood base has a seal so it seems scratch proof and the linen shade has a nice texture and is off white like real linen. I just love how miniature this is (wine bottle for comparison), but it gives off a great glow! There is only one light setting and the USB is actually really handy.I am a little concerned if I ever need to change the bulb. It’s an odd shape and doesn’t unscrew. I also wish the on and off button was on the lamp or closer to the lamp so you don’t need the white wire handy, you can’t tuck it away because the switch is almost halfway down.Lastly, if you’re older or don’t have much hand strength, you may struggle to get the shade on. You need to hold these clasps together to get the lampshade ring on either side of them.
