I used these concrete drill bits for a few projects around the house and they performed well. The set includes 10 bits across 5 common sizes which covers most home drilling needs. The eccentric crooked head design is interesting. It helps with more stable positioning when starting a hole and reduces walking on smooth tile. The carbide tips are sharp right out of the box and bite into brick and concrete without issue. I drilled into both brick and cement block and the bits cut through smoothly with no need to force them. The hex shank fits tightly in my drill chuck with no slipping. The black oxide finish seems durable and the spiral flute clears dust effectively. The bits come in a plastic storage case that keeps them organized. For under 20 dollars this set is a solid value. The included sizes range from 3/16 up to 1/2 inch which covers most common anchor sizes. I would recommend these for anyone doing general masonry drilling.

I don't have a lot of experience with concrete drill bits honestly. These come in a handy storage case and are easy to store and use. They seem decent quality to me. So far I've only used them to drill into hard, solid concrete. Although the process was slow, they did seem to work. The tips did seem to get dull relatively quickly, but they did not break even under pretty heavy pressure. They come in several sizes, with multiples of some of the smaller sizes, so they are quite versatile. Although I had limited success in drilling into dense concrete, I think they would be more successful with other kinds of tile and masonry. It says to keep the drill bits wet, which did seem to help them work better. I used them in an standard electric hand drill.Overall, they seem to be well made, were mostly successful in drilling into a pretty hard material, and held up well. I don't know how many more uses you could get out of them before they are too dull, but i was easily able to finish my project with these.

These black upgraded concrete drill bits mean business!! They are durable (for a consumable item), well-designed, and well-engineered. They have earned their place in my toolbox as the go-to bits to use when other drill bits aren’t tough enough to rip through materials. I really like the ¼” shank, it keeps me from wasting time resetting the drill chuck with each bit change. With its slanted head unconventional drill design, this set delivers more balanced positioning and less resistance throughout drilling, resulting in improved accuracy and an easier drilling experience. The hexagonal handle design ensures stronger grabbing, affording additional security while utilizing the drill bits. Additionally, the meticulously sharpened drill points avert slippage and deflection, permitting immaculate and precise drilling.Spreading twin U-shaped channel design can attain immediate chip ejection. By eliminating debris and decreasing friction, the bit functions at an appreciably reduced temperature, not only amplifying momentum but also increasing the lifespan of your tool.It is appropriate for Glass, Ceramic, Tile, Mirror, Plant Pots, Wood, Porcelain, Brick Wall, marble, thin iron plate etc. It is best to try to keep the drill vertical and cool the bits with flowing cool water. The hexagonal shank design of the drill bits offers outstanding hold and strength during drilling and is safer to use. The bits work with electric drills, hand drills and bench drills (drill presses). The Mgtgbao concrete drill bit set is fabricated from premium carbide alloy, which is the material with extremely high hardness in drill bits. It has sharp serrated edges, and even in the most challenging functions, its lifespan far exceeds that of conventional steel drill bits. This product is a good value and is well worth the cost investment of ownership. In researching prices on Amazon, I believe this item to be a fair price in comparison to other sellers. I highly recommend this item.

Inexpensive (around $1-$2 per bit) set of common bits with a sharp carbide tip for common hard materials including glass and masonry. The included sizes are: 5mm (3/16"), 6mm (1/4"), 8mm (5/16"), 10mm (3/8"), 12mm (1/2"). The two smaller sizes have three bits for the size. Except for the smallest size, all bits are 100mm (4") long. The have a carbide insert that is sharpened. The sharpening part allows them to be used on ceramic and on glass and makes it easy to start on smooth surfaces as the bit "grabs" the material without walking. Each bit has a standard 1/4" hexagonal shank and a power bit part that allows locking in impact driver chucks. The hexagonal shank also makes it more secure in a regular drill chuck.I got them to drill masonry and used a rather powerful DeWalt DCD996 hammer drill. I first tried to drill without the hammering mode. The bit went super fast into a brick! Typical masonry carbide bits are not as sharp and drill through hammering the material. Since the tip is sharp, it can be damaged with using hammer mode. I drilled a couple holes in masonry with hammering mode and it surprisingly survived well without significantly dulling or breaking the bit. They go through the material fast and also get hot. It would definitely help to use water for cooling the bit while drilling.Overall, these bits work great. Cut through masonry easily without using the hammer mode. They do get dull when going through glass, but that's also the case for most bits. Excellent value overall!

This turned out to be a really solid, budget-friendly masonry bit set that performed far better than I expected. I actually picked up both the black and blue sets (no pun intended!) thinking I might need the extra coverage for a few projects, and I’m glad I did. Having multiple sizes on hand made the whole job much easier and more efficient.I used these primarily to drill through porcelain tile and then into a cement foundation to install anchors. Starting with a small pilot hole and stepping up to the 1/2" bit made a huge difference — it cut drilling time down significantly and reduced strain on both the drill and the bit. The bits handled both tile and concrete without any trouble, which honestly impressed me at this price point.Performance-wise, they held up great. I did notice some of the blue coating wearing off during use, but that’s purely cosmetic — the cutting edges were still sharp and intact after multiple holes. No chipping, no dulling, and no wandering. The eccentric tip design really helps with self-centering, especially on hard surfaces like tile, so the bit doesn’t skate around when you start drilling. They work fine in a regular drill, but really shine when paired with a hammer drill. Just take it slow, keep the bit cool, and you’ll get excellent life out of them.I also appreciate the thoughtful extras. The included storage case keeps everything organized and easy to grab, and the color coating actually helps you quickly see which bits you’ve used most.

I picked up this drill bit set for a few projects around the house, mainly to hang shelving and drill through tile in the laundry room, and it ended up being more useful than I expected. The bits felt easy to control right away, especially when starting holes on slick surfaces that usually make other bits slide around. I appreciated how smoothly they cut through brick and tile without making the process frustrating or messy. I also liked that I could switch between different materials during the same project without constantly searching for another set of bits. The storage and organization made it simple to grab the size I needed without slowing down my work. I used these with a regular cordless drill, and everything felt straightforward even though I am far from an expert with tools. The cleaner drilling helped me avoid chipped tile around a few mounting points, which made the finished project look much better. I found myself reaching for this set several times over the last few weeks because it handled common household tasks without much effort. The convenience alone made the purchase worthwhile for me because it saved time and reduced frustration during repairs and small upgrades. One thing I did notice is that the tips already showed some wear after finishing my larger weekend project. Because of that, I would describe these as better suited for occasional homeowner jobs instead of constant heavy-duty professional work. Even with that drawback, I still think the set performs well for everyday projects and general home maintenance. The variety in the kit made it practical for tackling different jobs without needing extra trips to the hardware store. Overall, I would recommend this set to homeowners, DIY beginners, or anyone who needs a dependable option for light projects around the house.

I picked up this10-piece eccentric drill bit set to tackle a mix of home improvement projects, including mounting shelving into a brick backsplash, drilling through ceramic tile in a bathroom renovation, and boring holes through a thick marble windowsill. Coming in at under ten dollars for ten bits spanning five sizes from 3/16" to 1/2", I was cautiously optimistic, but honestly this set has exceeded my expectations in nearly every category. The standout feature here is the crooked, skewed head eccentric tip design, which is something I had not seen on standard masonry bits before. In practice, it makes a noticeable difference. When you press the bit against a hard, slick surface like porcelain or glass, it seats itself rather than skating around the way a conventional pointed tip tends to. I did not need to use a center punch or tape on my tile work, which alone saved me a lot of prep time. The precision ground tips cut cleanly without chipping the surrounding glaze, and I found the bit tracked straight even at slightly off-angle approaches. Paired with that, the dual U-shaped chip evacuation grooves do a solid job of pulling debris out of the hole as you drill. I noticed the bit running noticeably cooler than some of my older carbide masonry bits, which is a real plus when you are working through dense materials for extended periods. The hexagonal shanks grip firmly in both my cordless drill and my corded hammer drill without any slipping, and the black carbide alloy construction feels genuinely sturdy rather than cheap. After working through multiple holes in brick, tile, and marble, the bits show minimal wear and are still cutting aggressively. One thing to keep in mind is that the product instructions recommend using water as a coolant when drilling into particularly hard materials like marble or granite, and that advice is worth following. I skipped it on one test hole and the bit got warm faster than I would have liked. Once I incorporated a slow drip of water, performance improved significantly. If I had one minor critique, it is that the set is weighted heavily toward the smaller sizes, with three bits each at 3/16" and 1/4" but only a single 1/2" bit included. For most general-purpose use that distribution makes sense, but if you regularly need the larger diameter you may find yourself wishing for a spare. Overall, for the price point this is a remarkably capable and versatile set that belongs in any serious DIYer's kit.
