I got this shelf because I wanted something simple, modern, and sturdy, and it definitely met my expectations. The matte black finish looks great, and it feels solid once it’s mounted. Using the included template, I drilled six holes, inserted the wall anchors, and screwed the shelf into place. Taking a little extra time to make sure everything was level made the whole process go smoothly. Once it was up, it felt very secure.Overall, I'm very happy with this towel rack. You need to twist together each of the shelf pipes. It took me ~25 min for assembly, but it did not feel that long. As with many metal assemblies, get things finger tight and then lay the back on a totally flat surface for final tightening. A small Allen wrench is included, and tight plus an inch is really all that’s needed. The rods are powder coated or have some sort of texture that should prevent towels from falling off, providing some traction. There are anchors and mounting screws, pretty much on 24” centers. Try to hit a stud with one, but this is a light weight shelf so if you just use the drywall anchors you might be just fine, too. There are no extra pieces.

Starting to put a few accessories in the house we bought and I picked up this VOTZAAQ Towel Rack to put in my bathroom. There a quite a few parts that you need to assemble and I was upset initially when I didn't find any instructions in the box but I soon found out that the assembly instructions are in the listing.Each bar of the rack has to be assembled and that took a bit of time but the real difficulty came when I started to mount it on the wall and discovered two problems. The first is that the holes in the mounting frame are just fractionally larger than the screws used to mount it. This means that if you drill any one of the 6 required holes even the slightest bit off the exact center, the screw will not line up. There is no room for error.The other issue is that the 3 levels of the rack are at 3 different angles. In my initial attempt at mounting, I put my level on the rack and marked the holes while holding the rack according to the bubble on the level. Drilled the holes, put in the drywall anchors and mounted the rack. When I was done and stepped back to look at it, I could see it was definitely not level so I removed the rack, shifted the position slightly to cover the holes I'd already made and repeated my steps. I ended up having to mount it 3 times to get it level. I found that the top shelf is actually level, but the 2nd and 3rd shelves are sloped in opposite directions.. I ended up with 18 holes in my wall and had to buy more drywall anchors but finally got it done.Once completed it is a fairly sturdy, decent looking and functioning towel rack. The shelves are not large enough to hold a folded full size bath towel but if they're rolled they fit fine and there's room for several toiletries, shampoo, etc..

Really cute, easy to install. But the screws and mollys were very small. I needed heavier duty mollys to really hold it in the wall if I wanted it to hold any weight.Used it to stage and update one of my listings that was in serious need of updating. Really made the bathroom look more relaxing and zen. Good value.
