The pump works well. The hoses are sturdy. The included descaler works fine.The bucket that's included with this kit is not really big enough, but I had a 5 gallon bucket in my garage so it wasn't a problem for me. Just be aware that you will likely need a bigger bucket than what is included here.This is a lot better than paying a plumber to clean the water heater every year--pretty easy process for a Joe Homeowner.
