I didn't installed this myself, but I got it for a shower project and it seems to be working well for what I needed.The sizing was accurate to the description, which made it easy to plan around. The adhesive also seems to be working well.Overall, it seems like a good waterproofing membrane so far.

I used this membrane strip to waterproof what used to be an exterior window along my shower to convert it into a big shower niche. It was so easy to install and I feel very confident in the waterproofing! I definitely recommend that you still research how to properly waterproof before using, as you don't want to chance anything that could cause your walls to hold onto moisture.

More than qualified for waterproofing.Installation: Easy installation!The membrane was very easy to cut and shape to how I was using it under a toilet near a wax ring.Fit: The membrane is a perfect fit as it's easy to cut to size.Function: This membrane works better than well as a waterproofing gasket. I used this to seal the edges of a toilet flange and secured with a cement and caulk to form a water proof seal from any chance of any water leaking into my baseboards of my bathroom floor. Worked perfectly. The material is super easy to work with.Weight: The actual entire membrane roll weighed about a pound.Value: Excellent value!The amount of material, the quality of it exceeds the value of $20 when I ordered it. Highly recommend this for DIY enthuiasts!

Th product was easy to cut and mostly easy to use but we had so much shedding while smoothing it out the fibers started to come off the membrane making a fuzzy mess.

This is a nice product to work with. I used this over glass-rock board in that shower area for custom niches That I wanted to ensure I was going to get water-proofed. This was easy to work with and at the right width. The material quality is good and still thin to keep the finished installation looking good.

Polyethylene fabric does not know what brand it is and price. This is the same material that can be bought at the big box store for a lot less length and a bit more dollars. As far as value, this is a great deal!!!When I received the roll, I was very pleased with the size of the rolls. The roll is about 6 inches in diameter and the claimed to be 100 ft long. If a corner is 8 ft high, that is 12 corner/ edges. But @ 6 feet high 4 feet wide and 5 feet long, this roll covers all edges with some to spare for the threshold.Remember that this works if overlapped properly.As far as thickness of 23.6 Mil, this far thicker than the big name competitor product.That being said, the key is the use of water proof mortar, better know as polymer modified thin set. The roll appears to be of good quality. Thin set will adhere nicely on both woven sides. Looking at the construction of this membrane, there is no doubt in my mind that this will work nicely. I feel confident on the do it right the first time with this product.Very good value for waterproofing a shower. Do it right with this stuff and you will not regret it. You even save a few buck with this product.
