What has impressed me most about this jigsaw is the battery life. Some of these tools that work with DeWalt batteries have poor power management, but this one has held up well so far.It comes with a vacuum attachment that I have not tested yet, but it looks and feels like it should work well. The included blades are decent, and the straightedge guide definitely helps with accuracy. I also like having the variable-speed control.The overall build quality seems high, and the tool is heavier than I expected. I have not used the bevel feature yet, but it is nice to have it included. It's a versatile tool for sure.I usually use the bandsaw in our shop, but sometimes you need to make a quick cut or work with material that is not the right size for a bandsaw. This jigsaw fills that need well.I’m going with 5 stars. I think this is a strong tool for a weekend warrior or DIYer. I would call it perfect for lighter-duty work, although I would probably choose a corded saw for all-day professional use. It's a good value for the price if you already have Dewalt batteries.

I was pleasantly surprised by this jigsaw. For the price, it has a lot of features that you normally don't expect on a budget tool.I really like that it comes with a vacuum attachment to help keep dust under control, and the included straight-edge guide makes it much easier to get accurate cuts. It also includes three blades right out of the box—one appears to be for metal and the other two for wood—so you're ready to start cutting immediately.The adjustable bevel base is a great feature for angled cuts, and the variable speed dial gives you plenty of control depending on the material you're cutting. The blade change system is quick and simple, and the blade stays firmly locked in place with very little play.Another big plus is battery compatibility. It works perfectly with my DeWalt batteries, which means I didn't have to buy another battery platform. The rubber overmold grip is comfortable, the tool feels well-balanced in the hand, and the yellow and black finish gives it a clean, professional look.Overall, this is an impressive cordless jigsaw for the money. If you're a DIYer or even a contractor looking for a solid backup saw, this is a great value. I'd definitely recommend it.

I bought this jigsaw to make a few small DIY woodworking projects around the house, including a wooden shelf, picture frames, and some decorative signs. It cuts smoothly and the barrel grip gives me good control, especially for curved cuts.This is a bare tool, so it does NOT include a battery or charger. I already have DeWALT 20V MAX batteries, so it worked perfectly for me. If you're already on the DeWALT battery platform and need a compact jigsaw for light-duty projects, this is an excellent choice.
