Very solid piece, but some of the photos are a bit misleading. It can handle keys and maybe some small straps from a umbrella, but nothing much bigger than that. Still, it's very nice.

I really like this octopus-shaped whatever-you-want-to-hang-from-it holder. It definitely gives off Cthulhu vibes and with its cast iron construction and it can hold anything that will fit on it provided you sink it into a stud. It is very durable and has a slightly brownish/rustic finish. I may or may not hit it with some ultra-matte black spray paint just to help it match my other wall-mounted hooks and pegs. I would imagine this thing could hold a good deal of weight, at least more than enough to load it down with coats provided it's properly mounted. I love that they are making more things from cast iron materials these days as they are far more resistant to damage and have a classic feel that never goes out of style. I am very pleased with this octopus holder (his name is COAThulhu) and would consider him an excellent value for the money.

At $19 when I picked this up, that felt overpriced and I expected to see 12-16 on an item like this, not 19, so this was a 2/5 in value to me. In terms of quality, this is decent, a 4/5. This is a solid metal piece and has some weight to it. It does include a couple of screws for mounting. The design is fun, and it holds keys via several upturned tentacles. The overall details on this are pretty good. I have a soft spot for octopus themed items, and so this one for me, was a personally great pickup. I do think that it can be practical for people who have a similar interest or are working on a nautical themed area. At a 2/5 in value and 4/5 in quality, this is a 3/5 overall for me.
