This is a good-quality outdoor wall light, and I've had no issues with it. Installation was easy and straightforward, and once installed it looked nice and worked exactly as expected.One of my FAVORITE things about this fixture is that it uses a regular replaceable light bulb. I've gotten tired of outdoor fixtures with built-in LED lights where, once the LED eventually fails, you end up replacing the entire fixture. With this one, when the bulb goes out, I can simply replace the bulb and keep using the same fixture.The aluminum construction feels good quality, and the modern design gives the outside of the house a clean, updated appearance.Overall, I'm very happy with this light. It's good quality, easy to install, looks nice, and most importantly for me, it uses a standard replaceable light bulb instead of forcing me to replace an entire fixture just because an integrated LED eventually stops working.

I got this to replace the front porch light at our vacation home, as we finish outdoor landscaping and it's lighting design plan.The previous light simply flooded the whole porch with light, which works for safety, but I needed a porch light that lit in a more subtle way, and not doing all the heavy lifting.I wanted to layer the front porch light, which is a downlight, with an uplight on the face of the Yew tree just ahead of the front porch. This will take your eye down the sidewalk towards the new yellow front door.The pictures do not show all of the accent lighting I'm referring to. It is a work in progress, but I did want to show you what the front porch light looks like and how it throws light downward.This is a very well priced light fixture. The quality of the metal appears above average. I am hopeful that it will not corrode in the elements.

Black finish is matte and clean — fits a modern house, patio, garage, doorway & entryway without looking dated. Fully waterproof; it’s been through rain in Jamul and no leaks or fogging inside. E26 socket gives you flexibility to pick your own bulb — I used a 60W equivalent LED warm white and the light output is perfect, not blinding. Installation was straightforward with standard wiring and included mounting hardware. Looks expensive for the price.Cons: Bulb not included, so factor that in. Aluminum can get hot in direct sun, but that’s normal. The modern boxy design throws light up and down, not out — great for ambiance, but if you need a wide flood for security, pair it with something else.
