Great tool for setting compression angle stops, but if your tasks include removing old or damaged ones, this could be an issue because of its design. This tool requires the existing compression nut to be in good, serviceable condition. If it isn't, it will not be able to pull the ferrule from the pipe. This is because instead of sliding in behind the sleeve to pull it forward, it threads into the existing nut and uses it to pull the ring. If the nut is good, this tool will work great, but if the threads are corroded and weak, or the nut is broken, it won't help. You will need to search for a "compression sleeve puller" that slides in behind the ferrule instead of threading into the nut.​Also, while this comes with a few sheets of sandpaper, do yourself a favor and pick up a roll of emery cloth. That's much better for cleaning up the ends of old copper pipe than sandpaper, and will still fit in the supplied bag.

This kit comes in a plain brown box with everything you see in picture 1, including tools, sandpaper and a storage bag to keep everything together. This kit has everything you need to replace water valves attached to pipes coming out of your wall. You'll be glad to have this budget kit on hand when that old rusty wrist-twisting valve starts leaking in the middle of a night and you want to replace it with a nice and shiny quarter-turn valve. Instead of hunting for right wrenches and worrying if you will twist that pipe right out of the wall, you can reach for this kit and finish the job in no time without fear of a large bill to fix up plumbing and drywall. Wrench will hold your nut securely on the pipe (picture 2) while black piece gets threaded onto the water outlet and old valve is safely unscrewed by extended leverage without much pressure on the water pipe. Silver/Gold tool is then used to safely and easily extract compression nut from the pipe. Sandpaper is a great inclusion in the kit, making everything you need available in the pouch. I would also buy and throw in a couple quarter-turn valves into the pouch so you will truly have all you need when valve leaks. This budget kit is money well spent on peace of mind when you need it most.

I used the puller 7 times (4 sink valves and 3 toilet valves) and it worked every single time! 5 stars for the puller. What a time saver. And I appreciate the bag to hold the kit together.However, the wrench slips under pressure. Save your money and skip the wrench. 1 star for the wrench.

This plumbing tools kit includes everything you need for angle stop valve jobs. The compression sleeve puller functions great, and the sandpaper helps clean corroded surfaces. I saw this Rhevosil 6 Pcs plumbing tools kit and I wanted to give a try. We are not plumbers far from it but we do our own easy DIY plumbing work like faucet installations and changes. Or at least we think its easier but sometimes thing come up that we didn't expect. Like stuck nuts, valves.. We just switched out our kitchen faucet almost without a problem. But now comes the bathroom one and that's another story! The space is very very tight and hard to get to. It was always a nightmare to change it. That's where this kit comes in handy! This kit includes an angle stop wrench & 1/2-Inch compression sleeve puller, professional plumbers wrench, sandpaper and a storage bag. My husband tried the wrench and it is so much easier to use then ours. It fits into hard to get spaces and with its flip open mechanism easier to put on and tighten without having to take it of. It really makes loosening and tightening the nuts in super tight spaces much more doable. Honestly I wanted to have the wrench only but then why not have the kit right? You never know when you will need it. The set is of good quality I like that they gave you that storage pouch so you can have it all in one place. I think it is a must have plumbing tool kit. Specially if you do your own projects and dont want to call a plumber. We also have a shut of valve that needs to be changed but it super stuck. Suppose to do it this weekend. will see...

I am a Contractor and Business Owner and I am VERY Critical of “generic” and “gimmicky” tooling. So if I do not like something I have no issue putting it on blast and sharing all the pitfalls of it with everyone that reads. However, this little kit ended up being WAY better than expected. So much so that it went right into my plumbing box on the job trailer. I liked this tool immediately when I opened it up but upon first use it earned it right to a permanent place in my plumbing job box. The wrench is flipping awesome. See what I did there? …because it flips open. Eh hem, anyways the tool fits the way it should and makes loosening and tightening in tight spaces more doable and easier than adjustable wrenches/pliers. The angle stop tool is one of those things that made me say, “why the heck didn’t I have one of these in my box for the past 30 years?” It lets me get a positive grip on the valve to get it off and again to get it back one and tight without marring up the new valve. I like that the tools all have a protective coating on them and all the threading is cut cleanly.I can handle them the way tools are normally handled when time is money and I don’t have to worry about them getting broken or messed up. I haven’t used the compression ring puller but I have a few of these and this one looks and feels the nicest of all the ones I have and I am positive it will do a great job the next time I need to yank a compression ring from a copper line. It is nice that they included sandpaper sheets and a little storage/carry bag to keep everything together.The bottom line is this kit surprised me and it ended up being a ton better than I thought it was going to be when I ordered it. I would order it again so it is easy for me to recommend it to others….even pros like myself. This one is a winner and I am very happy with what I received..
