This tarp is a great barrier to help protect our plants from harsh weather conditions. Since it's clear, it's easy to see exactly what could be on it or to look through it to keep an eye on your plants and etc. It has reinforced holes set at certain points to ensure you get a secure hold onto whatever hooks you have set up wherever you are. The material itself is very tough, durable, and I can see it holding up against the elements. In our particular case, we want to use this as a slanted cover on our balcony to shield our plants from strong rains, strong winds, animals that might want to destroy our plants, and more.

This is a decent transparent tarp! The vinyl is fairly thick so you are getting the “heavy duty” aspect of it. Should withstand the rain and wind when properly hung up. It has evenly spaced grommets that are secured with a light metal so it shouldn’t weaken or tear there against the little ropes it comes with to aid with the install. It does let in sunlight and bars the wind for the most part. For a 4 x 6 panel, this feels decently priced, especially since there is a coupon attached to it. Quite simple to take right out the packaging and hang up. Happy with this tarp and will buy more.

The tarp itself feels fairly thick and sturdy, and I like that it’s clear so I can use it for outdoor coverage without completely blocking the light. The grommets also give you plenty of spots to secure it.My main disappointment is with the included accessories. The product pictures make the black rope look like a thicker, almost climbing-style rope, but what I received is much thinner and feels pretty flimsy and stretchy. The zip ties are also very thin. The pictures make it look like you’re getting a pretty substantial set of mounting accessories, but in person it’s not nearly as much as I expected.The tarp itself seems good so far, but I’ll probably use my own heavier rope and zip ties for anything that needs to hold up against wind. I wish the included accessories matched what the product photos seem to show.

Originally intended for things like a gazebo or tent covering, I have used this to allow the sun in but to keep the rain away from my chickens in their coop.It's very easy to install this PVC tarp and it comes with zip ties and rope lengths if you want the tarp to be a bit more aesthetically pleasing to look at.The grommets are strong meta with extra support using a heavy, black backing to keep the tarp from stretching or ripping.The plastic is fairly clear and lets in a lot of light. I'm hoping it will last as long as its thickness an good construction makes it look like it will.The price is right on this 4x6' tarp.

This tarp is well constructed and thick, yet as clear as can be.It's surprisingly flexible for as thick as it is.A tarp like this could be perfect for many situations, such as block rain on your balcony, or block the north winter wind from your chicken coop, or allow the sun into your greenhouse, or any number of other uses.One nice feature of this tarp (which is hard to find) is the closer grommet spacing.This has grommets about every 16 inches which is almost impossible to find in tarps. More grommets mean a more finished look and a much more even-tension on the tarp, giving the tarp a longer life.In the "Size and Details" illustration of this listing; they show that you get cable ties and 2 pcs of "windproof rope". That didn't come with mine. Mine came with 2 lengths of very frayed black yarn and a tiny bundle of very thin zip ties. But still, the tarp itself seems well worth the price for it. Clear PVC vinyl is always much more expensive that ordinary tarps.
