I got these lamps for my godson, and he really loved how they looked in his bedroom.The dark walnut tripod bases and textured shades give them a nice mid-century look without feeling too flashy. Both lamps came well packaged and were extremely easy to put together. They are just a wonderful and simple design that fits the retro look that I wanted. The dimensions are perfect for bedside and put out more than enough light for reading. Although sturdy in their base, these lamps don’t take up a lot of space.A great addition and a lovely simple design if you love mid century modern!

I got this unit to replace old bulky night stand table lamps. This light was easy to assemble and it comes with all the required tools and parts. It is perfect size and provides an elegant look. It good quality material with wooden tripod legs. It has good stability and the light from the lamp shade is not hurting eyes and is pleasant for a bedroom. It is a great value for the money and its capabilities. If anyone want to upgrade to modern look and simplified night stand table lamps, this is great upgrade.

When the box arrived, I didn't think it was possible for two little accent lamps to be in the box. Upon opening the box, I found a kit to build the two. Not what I expected based on the item description, but They turn out to be nice little accent or bedside lamps. All parts are included, even a few extra little wooden pegs, I guess if you break one during assembly, you'll have spare. This does require FULL ASSEMBLY, the shade comes rolled in a small box, and the legs need to be attached to the central part of the lamp, where the bulb screws into the socket. If you've ever assembled furniture or shelving units, these will be a breeze, three screws and your done. They even have the allen wrench included. They would be great on a hallway table, in a bathroom, on a bedside table or anywhere you want to add a little light. Would even be nice on the sides of a mantle or a buffet. The appearance is nice with a dark color stain on wood which has a nice finish. The shade is a neutral sisal on top of a frosted light diffuser on the inside of the shade. The shade does have a seam where the two ends meet, they are fastened with a little strip of hook/loop tape on the ends. The shade also connects to the frame by little clips on the edges of the shade material. I would suggest a little touch up with some brown paint or a permanent marker, the screw that holds the legs to the center part is bright metal and stands out, covering it up would make them look a little nicer. Overall, I am pleased with the lamp, for it to be a "needs assembly" set of lamps, it is nice looking, does take a few minutes to assemble, but only a few minutes. There is a standard plug on th end of a 65 inch long cord. Seems to be of good quality materials and looks nice. Would order again.
