Modern Square Shower System Faucet Set

I remodeled my master bathroom about 2 years ago and added gold accent fixtures to a black/white/gold theme for the room. I knew I wanted a split model shower/sprayer combo because it helps in cleaning the stall much easier and when you have black tiles with hard water, you need all the help you can get. However, during the remodel, I had my contractor install a very nice non-DELTA brand that looked initially fantastic but degraded and scratched over the past 2 years (see photos--and hard water does not help). Needless to say, I purchased this DELTA system as a significant upgrade with the hopes that it would last longer.DELTA makes a great product and the pieces are outer accents clearly made from superior and substantial heavy metal with a gorgeous brushed goal color. I will note that not all brushed gold accents are made the same and can look tarnished or off yellow/orange if you are not careful. During my remodel, I bought and returned dozens of products that arrived looking funky colored and was VERY happy with the quality, appearance, weight and design of the DELTA system. Although DELTA is know as a name brand in bathroom features, do not let a name brand fool you as I opted for the "K" brand, expensive designer faucets for my double sinks and they are next on the replacement list because they degraded, scratched and are a nightmare to clean! Sadly, I chose to pay for this name brand for faucets and did not initially install a quality shower set which ironically held up better than the name brand faucets!Today, is the day I decided to finally get into the shower and swap this set out thinking that it would be an easy DIY project since I consider myself pretty handy. However, I am not handy enough for this transition. While I commend DELTA for making a beautiful forward-facing shower set, I was very disappointed that not only is my current valve not a match, but that I have to wait to install to order their valve AND a new shower head. This seems a bit unreasonable for this price point but it is very well noted in the product description so I cannot fault the company for their marketing decisions that do not seem very customer-centric.If I had a universal valve installed under my old set, I do believe I could have replaced the trim myself, but changing out a valve is past my pay grade so I will need to get a pro for installation. Further, since I have to replace the shower head and valve, I can only review based on the trim pieces included. I am truly impressed with the design and quality of the trim pieces--especially the round design of the hand-held sprayer! I know this will look beautiful in the shower once installed but having to go to the extra steps of verifying the valve and buying a matching shower head took the wind out of my sails because most people do know know if their existing valve will work until they have taken the time to disassemble and start the replacement process. 4-stars for DELTA not including the valve when they are the experts and should know how disappointing wasting time with no results can be for the consumer.

First off Delta makes exceptional and durable hardware for your home. Champagne bronze and brushed gold finishes are having a real moment in home renovation right now, and a full valve trim kit like this makes a bathroom refresh feel high-end without a full remodel. Square and round options give buyers a choice depending on the rest of their fixtures, a nice pair to list together.

Love the look of this. The finish is beautiful in person and has that rich champagne bronze tone that feels high end. The quality is exactly what I expect from Delta. The pieces feel solid and well made, and the overall design has a clean modern look that will really elevate my shower once installed.It is definitely on the pricier side, but it looks the part and feels like a long‑term upgrade. I have not installed it yet, but I am excited to see how it transforms the space. A great value for anyone wanting something stylish and durable.I would absolutely recommend this Delta shower trim set.

Top notch quality for sure. It was pretty pricey for simply being a color variant. But installation is a bit tricky and should be done by a professional. For the 400 price point it doesn’t come with the sprayer head which is a big downer. The materials of course are of high quality and it does look great. I just think for a color variance and it not including the shower head, it’s a bit too pricey.
