[Material Type: Solvent]
Quality rollers, spreads paint evenly. Cleans quickly. Easy to use and re-use.

Always hard to find a good roller that works to touch up the truck bed coating and the work well. The coating does naturally wear off over time and the touch ups that I’ve made with a brush don’t quite match. Dip this into the can (harbor freight brand stuff but I’m sure they are all similar formulas, key in these fit on a small roller that fit into the can so no extra trey or anything needs for touching up). It ended up looking really good after the touching up, so I did that to fill the worn out areas, then after that dried enough, went over the entire truck bed again to give a consistent look and that all fresh coat feel. These also worked for a bit of texture I wanted to match for a wall and ceiling patch in the house. Added a bit of mud to the paint to thicken it up a bit and rolled on a couple coats in different directions. Looked great so then top coated with just the paint since I’m sure the mud would have changed color just enough to see the patch job and can’t tell it was repaired unless I pointed it out to you.

These are sturdy and durable rollers that would be good for any number of uses. They are very firm to the touch. Exactly what I was expecting. They are as advertised. Pictured in an adult hand.

These 4" rollers work great for adding non-slip texture paints to steps, truck step-sides and more. If you have areas that need texturizing and the paint is oil-based, then these are the rollers you need to purchase. They can even work to texturize small planter projects or concrete block pavers to add a non slip surface.

We used these with some super thick primer paint on old, damaged concrete steps, with the goal of smoothing them out and protecting them from further degradation. These rollers worked perfectly for our purpose. They suck up plenty of product, but release it smoothly. The stuff we used is almost like rubber in feel, so we didn’t bother to try to clean out the roller we used, but we’ve still got two more for future goopy jobs! Very pleased. They’re very much a different texture than regular paint rollers, but might be able to be used for special painting effects if you treat them like they’re a dry brush sort of thing. And for goopy stuff they’re perfect.

These 4-inch textured roller sleeves fit my roller frame without any issues and held paint evenly, making it easy to apply a consistent finish. My only issue is unique and shouldn’t detract from these rollers – the texture was just a bit more textured than I wanted, so I ended up having to finish my project with different rollers. The smaller size is what I was looking for to handle tight spaces where a full-size roller would not work. Getting three sleeves in the pack is a good thing, especially if you're working on different projects. As I said, the texture profile of these rollers didn’t work for me, but nevertheless they do seem to be well made, so if you're looking for small textured roller covers, these are a good choice.
