These gloves strike a pretty good balance between protection and actually being able to do things. They feel rugged enough for yard work, tools, rope, and other jobs where your hands might meet something sharp, but they are not so bulky that your fingers become decorative accessories.The fit is snug, which helps with grip and control, and the touchscreen capability is genuinely useful. I also like the adjustable wrist closure because the gloves stay put instead of slowly working their way off your hands.My only complaint is that they can be a little thick for delicate tasks, and they take longer than expected to dry if they get soaked. Still, for an all around work glove with extra protection, these are comfortable, well made, and versatile enough to earn a spot in my garage.

These are good for all-around "mechanics gloves", such as I like to carry in the door of my car for when I am fueling or checking oil. They are fine for that, but I don't understand the price formation, to be honest. Size was fine for me.I love Nextorch flashlights, but I don't understand these at this price.

These gloves are pretty comfortable and seem well made. They provide a good grip on various surfaces, but are just a little too thick for doing precise movements. Basic firearm manipulation is no problem, but more delicate tasks like feeling buttons that aren't very pronounced are harder.The ability to use smartphones and other devices is a big plus, and these work better than other gloves I've used in the past.I didn't test them to failure obviously, but using my EDC pocket knife (a Spyderco Endura) after a fresh sharpening there was no signs of penetration when gripping the blade firmly and pulling it out with my other hand. I was able to do this several times before my wife yelled at me.There's a little loop at the wrist to assist in putting them on, which comes in handier on the second one. The wrist is also easy to adjust for maximum fit and comfort.

These gloves really do a good job at reducing sticks. I dislike that so many gloves are dyed and after hard usage your hands get sweaty and they come away with yellow dye on them. The worse is when you look like an oompah lumpah with orange hands.These are not the most light weight gloves, but they do offer a lot of protection from cactus thorns.I have used these for cactus work and I have used these for chainsaw work and I have used these for shoveling work.I would buy these gloves. They do get a little hot if it is super warm out.

This is a great all-round glove. These feel comfortable and permit movement, yet provide above average protection against puncture They look really nice and the fit is adjustable at the wrist. I like the lining and the way it feels. My hand seems to slide right into these, but they don't feel like they are going to slide right back off.Each glove has a small carabiner loop, which is convenient for hanging them on a coat peg or similar. Their black color and nice styling means they can be worn with anything from a dress raincoat to a leather bomber jacket. While not marketed as cold weather gear, they are thick enough to provide decent cold weather protection.They are cut-rated at A-7, which is pretty serious. They do have a built-in cut resistant layer with full palm coverage. They also have full-palm conductive fiber, which permits using a smart phone or other touch screen device with them on. I tried using my smartphone with these gloves, and it was as if I didn't even have them on. Another feature is the one-piece finger design, which means you don't have a "horizontal" finger seam that is going to split or restrict your movement.They are a little pricey, but not exorbitantly so. You get what you pay for, and these are worth the price.

I think these are pretty solid gloves, although I feel like they run slightly on the small side so I’m still trying to break them in, wearing them when I don’t need to be. I don’t have a tactical or duty need for them, but I handle knives often and do a lot of sharpening so they do come in handy. They feel quite protective and I did do a little testing with an admittedly pretty dull blade; the puncture test put a small hole in the exterior but did not fully penetrate, while slashing really held up well with just superficial markings on the exterior of the palm. It should be noted I was not using much pressure as I’d rather not stab myself in the hand, but for my use case of preventing cutting myself while sharpening or handling the knives, it seemed like a fair test. The gloves seem neatly put together and have reinforced stitching in the right areas, I’d have to say the overall quality is very good and comparable to brands like MechanixWear or 5.11. I do find them on the bulky side though which makes doing things that require dexterity quite a bit more difficult, although I am improving the more I wear them and break them in. Overall, I am pleased with them and I’m not sure a glove exists that doesn’t reduce dexterity somewhat, especially a cut resistant gloves. They seem to be manufactured well, have a bit of style to them with the design, and they’re comfortable enough to wear despite being sort of in between sizes, and on the whole I would recommend them as they seem quite resilient and protective overall while being a fair value compared to other brands currently on the market.

The gloves arrived as a proper pair with a snug, well-finished knit, and the medium size matched the sizing chart on my hands. First impression is that they are thinner and more flexible than I expected for cut-resistant gloves, which usually feel stiff and clumsy. The cut-resistant material is woven right into the glove rather than being a bulky liner, so they move with your hands. There is a coated grip surface on the palm and fingers that gives real traction.In use they do the job of protecting your hands without killing dexterity. Handling sharp materials, blades, and rough edges, the cut resistance is reassuring, and I could still pick up small parts and work with tools because the gloves are thin enough to feel what you are doing. The coated palm grips wet and dry objects well, and the fit is snug enough that they do not slide around. For kitchen prep, workshop tasks, or any job around sharp edges, they hit a good balance of protection and feel.After a few weeks of use the knit has held its shape, the palm coating has not peeled or worn through, and the cut resistance is intact. They have washed clean and dried without stiffening up. For gloves that actually protect against cuts while letting you keep working with your hands, this is a comfortable, well-made pair at a fair price. The thin, flexible build is what makes them the kind you will actually wear rather than leave in a drawer.

These gloves are pretty great. The ruggedness is surprisingly great while maintaining great dexterity. There are trade offs and not all are great but entirely acceptable. I'm in South Carolina and just looked at the thermometer and it's 98°f and they are not really hot. The day these came in we had a bad evening thunderstorm roll thru dropping a huge branch on my wife's new car. Annoyed I decided to turn the tall tree into a bush. I wore these gloves last night for 3 hours in the rain and today another 6. Dragging limbs, running the saw, rigging ropes, and once even unholstering my pistol to dispatch a snake that some how managed to find a resting spot between my feet as I stood amongst the branches. The dexterity level of these gloves are through the roof. When I grabbed the pistol my grip was as it should be and I had absolutely no issue finding the safety or trigger with the gloves on and was able to do what I had to. I have no issues when tieing paracord or 3/8 dockline with them on. They didn't seem to be hot as I imagined either but I think they would be sufficient for an early morning spring hunt to cut the chill. I followed the guide when sizing and reluctantly ordered the large despite normally wearing an xl with my work gloves. The guide was right. While snug to fit, I think that's the idea so you can maintain finger flexibility and usage. The trade off. While not limiting the usage of my hands or fingers and protecting my hands through hours of cutting and rope handling and piling branches then splitting some of it, the gloves seem to have two layers. The inner layer, when wet, can be quite a challenge to get on as it will stick to you fingers and pull out slightly when removing. When still wet they take a little work to get on. Not a big deal but a little annoyance. Also, I left these on my dash board to dry out in the sun today and after 7 hours of baking in the sun, they still damp when I went to put them on. I assume it's the cut resistant layer holding the moisture. Once on there are no issues, even when wet. The Velcro straps kept them snug and laid as they should so the Velcro didn't snag or come undone love I've experienced with other gloves. These are great gloves and I anticipate having them for quite a while. After using them to do the above I left them in the garage next to my saw dirty, wet, and balled up. I grabbed them today to carry to my mom's for more lumber jacking and surprisingly, I shook them off, slapped them on my leg a couple times, and they went on with the same pliable comfort they did when new. They have also dried out finally. This is exactly the type of craftsmanship and quality I hoped for and am beginning to expect from the same brand that made the best and brightest flash light I own.
