I paint the rooms in my house quite frequently and it's always a chore to move the furniture out of the rooms or even when I just move the furniture to the center of the floors so that I can paint around it. It usually involves taking the drawers out of the dressers and stacking them just so that I can "walk" the dressers across the room since I don't have anyone that can help me. These little 3.5" round plastic sliders have helped me so much. They save me so much pain and exertion. I just slide these under the legs of my furniture and then I easily slide the furniture across my floors. These will easily glide over carpet, hardwood, vinyl, and tile floors. They don't work on furniture that have no legs or feet. I have a couple of items like my bookshelves that are straight, long pieces of wood at the bottom, and I can't use these because I'm afraid that if I try to slide these under them, that it will break the plastic around the edges. Lucky for me, the bookshelves are lightweight enough for me to move them myself once I take off the books. These really come in handy for moving all kinds of furniture.
