Easy to install and works well. This is the first time I used a Fence post repair and I must say I'm quite pleased with the results. I have the original fence around my house, built in the early 90's. As you can imagine, it has developed some week points. The appearance and sturdiness of the stake is excellent and when properly placed, corrects the fence post as you can see in my images. One piece of advice so you can avoid my headache. If you can, use your weight to push the stake in, if you pound on it with a sledge hammer, it will cause the bolts to loosen, and you'll have to pull it back out if you want to fix it.

I didn't use these to fix a broken post. Instead, I used them to set up some posts for my bird houses without digging holes. The ground in my backyard is very hard and there are a lot of roots to contend with when digging. These take some effort to drive them into the ground but once in it's easy to attack the posts.I did use my own screws to attach the posts.

This fence post repair kit is better than expected. The post anchors are heavy duty; I’m confident they will be stabile and strong in all kinds of weather conditions. The ends that go in the ground are serrated and VERY sharp! They’re easy to pound into the ground, even in the hard, sun-baked ground here in central Texas.All of the hardware is included, and all of it is just as substantial as the anchors. The anchors have a powder coating that will help against rust/corrosion. Instructions are thorough and very easy to understand-you don’t have to be a home improvement expert to install these.The anchors don’t match our fence color, but they look pretty nice anyway….and anything looks better than our old leaning fence posts!I thought the price might have been a bit high, however the excellent quality makes these worth every penny. It’s definitely a less expensive option than having to replace an entire section of fence!

These fence post repair stakes are heavy-duty and very well-made. I really appreciate the smart offset design, which keeps the post attachment point clear of where the stake actually gets pounded into the ground. The manufacturer also thought of everything, providing drive screws and the exact driver bit for your drill to secure the stake to the post.The installation process was a simple, smooth success on my first post, but the second one turned out to be a bit of a challenge. My land has very dry, sandy soil, and we previously poured a massive amount of concrete around that specific post because it holds up a very heavy gate. Even with that hurdle, I still have complete faith that this kit will work. I just need a second set of hands and some extra lumber to build out the post, which will give the stake enough distance to clear the underground concrete footprint. All things considered, these stakes are exceptional and should work beautifully for almost any standard setup.Best of all, the price of this kit is absolute pennies compared to the massive expense and effort of tearing your fence apart, buying new posts, hauling concrete, purchasing hardware, and paying for labor if you can't do the work yourself. It is a fantastic, highly practical product that saves you a lot of cash!

These post kits are SUPER-durabe and made with high quality steel. They feel like they're powder coated and are very resistant to corrosion. The metal is super thick and tough. They even come with bolts to drill these directly to the failing post or a post that needs reinforcement. I used these for my property in Louisiana where we have high hurricane winds and soggy ground most of the year. These definitely helped straiten out my back fence and hold it upright again. The post provides a bend in it so you can use a hammer to hammer it into place. I used a 20lb sledge hammer for mine. It can definitely take a beating. Just keep in mind you may want to use a wooden block on top of the striking surface if you want to keep the coating from chipping off. The bends are helpful in navigating around existing concrete fence post bases. I will ABSOLUTELY keep some of these handy for future projects. I highly recommend these if you have high winds in your area or are in need of fence repairs. Super easy to use and assemble.

If you have ever needed to repair a fence post or needed to secure a post for whatever reason then this is the item for you.I have three different types of fence post repair kits and this one is the most substantial and heavy duty and bigger than my other brand sets. I have included some comparison pictures to show the difference -with this product being circled in red and my other brand with an X through it.This fence post repair kit is solidly made and comes with substantial hardware and the tools needed to put them together. I will say that I am not too keen of having to put them together, although it’s just three screws, but I do prefer to be able to just take them out of the box and put them into the ground; just saying.I like that the legs are longer than most and comes with the ridges that help slide and push through rock/gravel and hold better. I really like the bigger/thicker strike plate!! They come in a beautiful matte black as well.I use these where I need to place a post but can’t do to excessive rocks and gravel that you just can’t dig big or deep enough to place a post. But with these I can drive the legs into my harden rocked dirt and then secure it to my post and the post is very secure.Highly recommend for their ‘heavy-dutiness, substantial hardware, and the included tools and bits needed to use them!!5-exceeds my expectations!!!4-meets my expectations!!3-falls short of my expectations2-failed my expectations!1-terrible product, do not buy!!!

These are a great temporary fix, saved my neighbors and I some serious hassle while we figure things out.Our shared fence is very long, and we discovered the hard way that whomever rebuilt it previously left twisted rebar, cement blocks, and other detritus along the inside of my neighbors yard. There were several 4x4s which had snapped in recent heavy winds, and the improvised props were failing regularly while we decided on how to proceed.I decided to give these a shot and I am pleasantly surprised that they're holding up so far. I drove these with the help of the neighbor, using a pair of sledgehammers. We had to effectively drive then inside the old 4x4, shattering the cement along the way.Once erected, these have provided a reasonably rigid support for the failed areas of the fence. We now have time to figure out what to do about the buried nightmare on his side, as it is not possible to just pull or dig out the concrete pilings without the aid of a tractor.Would recommend to others who need a quick fix for a damaged fence.
