These work fine for clamping Coax cable outside the house and on my automobiles fuel, electrical lines. Before you order a specific size, get your caliper out and measure the diameter of the cable, hose, etc you want to hold in place with the clamp. The clap will become smaller the more you tighen it down but overall they are sized appropriately.

I got these 10MM cable clamps to install around my porch to hold up my decor lights strings and I’m super excited to get them installed! Both ends are riveted and can by screwed together for a closed gap or screwed on just the backside, to leave an opened clamp!I was looking for a way to hang my string lights without causing damage to the string, when I found these! I love that the clamp has a rubber sleeve around it that will protect the wires in long term usage! No sharp edges rubbing around on the cord and slowly eating away at it!They’re quite heavy duty with its thickness and strength and should be able to handle most jobs! The stainless steel material is rust proof and should work wonderfully outdoors regardless of weather conditions or long term sun exposure!I appreciate the lidded plastic jar they come in for easy storage! There is not a whole lot to say about a cable clamp. These do exactly what they are supposed to do, the fit and finish are great, and I would definitely buy them again. What earns the extra words is the material, because that is where this category is usually a scam.WHY STAINLESS MATTERS HERE:Painted and galvanized clamps do not survive outdoors. They show rust inside a single winter, and once the coating is broken the steel underneath goes fast. Finding these in stainless is the entire reason I bought them, and it is what makes them worth more than the bargain-bin alternative.The bigger problem in this category is that "stainless" on a listing frequently is not. Suppliers pull the expensive nickel out and substitute cheap manganese, and the result rusts about as well as plain steel. These were tested with a stainless steel test kit and came back as 304 or 316 -- the kit cannot distinguish between the two, and both are genuinely corrosion resistant. That is real 304, not a marketing word.That test result is what makes this a buy for hard environments: saltwater pool equipment, outdoor kitchens, covered patios, anywhere ozone or salt turns ordinary hardware to rust.THE GOOD:1) Genuine 304 stainless, verified, not just claimed.2) The silicone pad is very pliable and does a good job of protecting cables from the metal chafing that would otherwise go on. It also insulates and damps vibration.3) The pad looks like it will hold up outdoors -- silicone rather than the rubber that hardens and cracks after a season or two of UV.4) Nominally 3/8 inch (10 mm), but the real range is wider than that: they will take a 1/2 inch line easily with the pad removed, and tightened all the way with the pad in place they will still clamp a 1/2 inch pipe or hose securely.5) 36 pieces at this price is honest value, and the same brand sells other sizes if you need to standardize a whole job.THE PACKAGING -- CREDIT WHERE DUE:They ship in a plastic jar with a lid, not loose in a bag. That is a small thing that a lot of sellers will not spend money on, and anyone who has opened a bag of small hardware over a workbench knows exactly why it matters. The jar keeps them together on the shelf and stops the inevitable spill.BOTTOM LINE:Good quality product at a fair price, in the material it claims to be. If you need cable or hose clamps that will still be there and still be clean after a few years outdoors, buy these. I would buy them again.

Used these to keep an outdoor extension cord up and out of the way until a permanent conduit run could be installed, and they worked great. Excellent quality stainless steel with equally good silicone padding on each. Definitely better overall than what the local orange box had available, but the price is still a little unkind. They are way better than the automotive stuff I've seen, which they were primarily marketed for, so the better padding makes sense on that count. Easy to install, depending upon the location and substrate that you're attaching them to.

These cable clamps are surprisingly great quality for the price. The silicone padding is very nice, offering solid vibration damping and protection without feeling cheap or flimsy. And stainless means no rust stains on your wall. Premium materials for this type of clamp.What I appreciate most is how easy they are to work with. The metal band is sturdy and strong, yet flexible enough to open and close by hand without needing a tool to bend them around wires, conduit, or small piping. Once secured, they hold tight with no slipping.Getting a 36-pack at this price point makes it an excellent value for clean cable routing and mounting projects. Highly recommended!

In the ad it states " Rustproof Clamps for Automotive Wire Tube Hose " . Even though I did not order these for automotive use ,it is why I ordered them . If these are made to stand up to the harsh conditions of four seasons of automotive use ,that a good enough reason for me that I wont have to worry about them rusting or not holding up when I use them in my outdoor kitchen and my covered patio . I have been searching for a wire clap that can stand being outdoors all year long . Ive seen painted clamps that dont hold up for one winter without showing rust . These clamps are made from 304 Stainless steel and have silicone pad to protect the wire and insulate it . These clamps are perfect for my intended use . Pics Included

I have a saltwater pool and lots of pool equipment with wires and hoses everywhere. I am making some improvements and I want to get everything organized and out of the way. Unfortunately everything near my pool turns to rust due to the saltwater, ozone and ionization systems. So I wanted some clamps to replace the 30+ year old galvanized ones that had turned to rust. This is a large quantity of 36 clamps that have silicone inserts to protect wiring and hoses. Many times I have bought what was described as stainless steel only to have rust show up so I decided to test these with a stainless steel testing kit. I put the solution on one of them and it tested as either 304 or 316 stainless steel which are both great rust resistant steels (the test can't differentiate). Often the suppliers remove the expensive nickel and replace it with cheap manganese and call it stainless but it rusts easily. These true stainless steel clamps and will last. They will hold 1/2" easily without the protective pad and if tightened all the way with the pad it will hold a 1/2" pipe or hose tightly. These are good quality clamps that won't rust and are reasonably priced. This PEROMI brand offers several varieties of sizes and assortments of these style clamps. I will definitely buy these again as they have many uses and don't damage cables or hoses.

I am using these clamps to secure 12/3 power cords under my workbench for benchtop power tools. They are very heavy duty and I like the fact that I don't have to worry about the metal parts cutting into the insulation. I've had that issue in the past with regular metal clips and I had to replace them with plastic. Those, however, are not very robust and tend to break over time. These are made from quality stainless steel with silicone pads, so they should hold up well in humid environments. My garage does not get wet, but it is comforting to know that I don't have to worry about these rusting out when they are out of my sight. They also look good, so overall, I am well pleased with the results.Bottom line is that these are the clamps you want for heavy duty applications. They are great for larger electrical cables but would also be great for clamping conduit or small pipes outdoors. There are many lower cost options, but these are the ones to get when you absolutely must have the best quality and protection. This is a solid 5-star product.
