We used this Onforu 65W Smart 3-Head Flood Light to replace a two-bulb floodlight on the side of our detached garage. It’s about the size of the flood light it replaced. Installation and mounting are easy enough if you have basic electrical knowledge because it has to be hardwired in, and we just took the old light down and mounted this one in the same spot. Downside: this light doesn’t have motion detection capabilities. Brightness is excellent and it lights up the area very well. The color temperature can be adjusted from 2700K-6500K and brightness from 1%-100%. I’m especially pleased with the ability to adjust the color temperature through the app on my phone. With the old floodlight, we had to walk to the garage in the dark before turning the lights on. Now, we can switch the light on ahead of time, which is a great convenience. Second downside is that I don’t always have my phone with me, so I have to go get it just to turn the light on. We’ve been using this light for over a month now with no issues. It’s a good quality, durable, reliable, and so far, water resistant, but another downside is that it doesn’t have a built-in timer, so if you forget to turn it off in the app, it stays on. Overall, it’s a nice light, but I would prefer a motion activated model with a timer over this one.

Everything is a "smart" gadget nowadays. But not all of them are actually 'smart'. This Onforu flood light is actually extremely adjustable with remote control, so I will say it is smarter than the average motion flood light. Prior to getting this light, I had to use a smart light bulb to get this kind of functionality, but they dont work as well as this does!You need to hardwire it to a electric box. I simply used the existing one I had. Setup is simple, and easy to connect it to the app. The app lets you adjust the brightness, change the color temperature, and control it from your phone. You will need to physically adjust the direction of each light so it hits where you want, but after that the adjustments can be done remotely.I really like that you can change the brightness, so if you think it's blinding your neighbors, you can dim it some. Changing the light warmth is a great touch too! You can schedule it to turn off/on, and detect motion.Price is high if all you want is a simple floodlight with motion detection, but this is not that. This is a truly remote adjustable outdoor light! Price is very good for that.

I bought this LED floodlight because I was tired of climbing a ladder to replace traditional bulbs every few months. We spend a lot of time in our backyard, and I needed something reliable and low-maintenance. I use it daily to light up our yard at night for safety and visibility.Installation took me about 5 minutes. It was very straightforward, just mount it where you need light and make sure it’s near an outlet. I was able to do it solo without extra help, which I appreciated. Please keep in mind that this is corded so you will need to plug it into an outlet. It is not hard wired.What impressed me most was the brightness. I always wanted a smart flood light without having to buy a separate light fixture and then add smart bulbs, so having everything built into one unit made this an easy choice.The order comes with the smart flood light and the hardware needed for installation. Setup was simple, and connecting it to the app was quick without any issues. Once it was connected, I was able to adjust the brightness, change the color temperature, and control it from my phone. The voice control also works well when paired with my smart speaker.The three adjustable light heads made it easy to aim the light exactly where I wanted around my driveway and front of the house. The light is bright, and I like being able to dim it when I don't need the full output. I liked the style and design of this light and ordered it. This light is available in either a white or black finish. I picked the black color as it matched my decor. This high quality light can operate from 2700K-6500K Color Temperatures. This light can be controlled with the "Onforu" app or via voice control through Alexa or Google Assistant. This light can also be dimmed from 1 to 100%. This light outputs 6,500 LM via the 140 high quality LED bulbs. Each of the three heads of this light are individually adjustable to direct the light to the desired areas. The body of this light is made of high quality corrosion resistant aluminum material. This light has an impressive IP65 Waterproof rating. This versatile light can be used anywhere a floodlight is needed. The installation was quick and easy. First, install the included mounting bracket to the outlet box. Connect the corresponding wires. Finally, attach the main light to the mounting bracket. PROS: Anyone familiar with Onforu flood lights know that powerful lighting is their forte. Owning several Onforu flood lights (solar and hardwired), light output is never a complaint. Neither is the attractiveness of the lamps. The articulation joints are well designed and manufactured. The lamp body is cast aluminum and while not especially noteworthy, is a stable performer. What stands out with this flood light is the WiFi connection and smart controls. WiFi connection is easy - when the light is powered on, it immediately enters WiFi pairing and selecting the "add device" option in the Onforu app will search for and find the light within 30 seconds (averaged). From there, it is all about the app. The Onforu app has good features, but it was primarily designed by engineers so the options and controls are not intuitive. For example, there is a breathing option and scene option for the light, but there is no clear confirmation of which option has been selected AND is active. Onforu needs to place the app in the hands of human interface designers and then they will have a clear winning combination of hardware and software. The breathing option is interesting, but it is the scene option that is remarkable. Here, you can select four periods of the day where you predetermine the light color temperature and brightness level. A summer example is to have the light off from 6:30 am to 9 pm; 20% on with a "warm" color from 9 - 10:15 pm, daylight at 100% from 10:15 to midnight, and then daylight at 40% from midnight to 6:30 am. Such a scene saves energy and provides less irritation to your neighbors.CONS: Review is limited to light's beginning of life performance. The inner depth of the light's body can be challenging for wire management and connection in low profile outlet boxes. The provided screw hardware is unnecessarily long which requires a lot of screw turning and can cause the center screw to contact wiring inside the outlet box.REPEAT BUY RATING: 100%
