I come across many items that are built for optional M8 wheels. Then the hunt for wheel shopping begins. This kit is an affordable way to have wheels on hand when needed.I really like the fact the the "tire" part is hard to compress. And yet the brake is rather easy to apply. Speaking of brakes, all 4 wheels have the break and this is both rotation and swivel break. When you apply all 4 breaks, this is equivalent to having 4 legs!These wheels are very versatile and even come with a nut and washer if your application has a bottom plate type of structure. However there are no lock nut provided. a dime a piece if you use 5/16" lock washers.I fear that weight capacity could be stated until they break. For this reason I like to use as a guide 50% to 75% of the stated product weight capacity as a working ability. That is still 200 to 300 pounds per set.For this size of wheels, I think that is an excellent weight capacity and fit for many rolling transformations around the house.

I bought these for part of a modular, multi-sectioned desk project of mine, where one section needs to have the ability to be rolled away from the rest when necessary, as it's going to be used for heavier duty applications part of the time, some of which just would not go well if done in a small indoor space. And after installing them, I've been very impressed with the overall quality.The casters feel solid and are clearly well-made, with no wobble or anything of that nature. They roll smoothly, swivel easily, and move quietly without making me feel as if I need to be insanely cautious. I still use common sense when moving it, of course, but they don't feel like they're about to snap off like so many others I ended up with.For me, the locking brakes are one of the biggest highlights. Once engaged, they hold securely, and leave me with no doubt that the furniture will stay where it's supposed to. Releasing the locks is quick and easy when it's time to move everything again, which is great when you're worn out from a long project.Overall, these are sturdy, perfectly fit, high-quality casters that feel like they'll hold up well for years, and I'll happily use more of them in the future for workbenches, cabinets, tool carts, or other projects that need reliable locking wheels.These are absolutely a 10 out of 10.

These are great quality casters at a reasonable price point. They are made well and are plenty sturdy for many applications. Ball bearings spin nicely with just the right amount of resistance. The wheels are securely attached with an axle bolt. The metal caster body is about 0.072” thick. Measurements are 3.65” long by 3.026” tall by 1.446” wide. The wheel is 1.562” in diameter and 0.855” wide. The stem checks out with a M8-1.25 thread. A nut and flat washer are provided. The caster locks in both swivel and roll. The brake lock is secure. I use a lot of these type of casters around the workshop and they are just fine for most applications. A threaded insert is best for screwing the stem to the project part. Overall I am happy with this product and am happy to recommend it to anyone.

The wheels/casters are a very good upgrade for the exiting, old and worn out sett on a heavy cart that I got from a place where I worked that only got rid of old equipment. I can’t say what make the cart was- it’s old and well used- but just as the product description says, it’s a very easy to install set. The stem matches the threads perfectly. Smooth rolling now. The positive brake set up works easily to set and release. All very top quality and very well made- not cheap junk! All VeryGood!
