These vintage crystal wall sconces are really pretty and add a nice touch of elegance without looking overly fancy. These sconces are very pretty and have a more decorative, polished look than I expected. The bright gold finish pairs nicely with the hanging crystal-style drops, and together they give the fixtures a classic, slightly glamorous appearance without feeling overly ornate.They are a little smaller than I pictured, so I would pay attention to the listed dimensions if you are trying to fill a large wall or create a dramatic statement. In a smaller space, hallway, beside a mirror, or as accent lighting, though, the size works quite well. The more compact scale actually makes them easier to use in places where a larger fixture might feel overwhelming.The glass drops catch the light nicely and add some sparkle, while the candle-style bulbs reinforce the vintage look. I also like that the fixtures feel substantial enough to look finished once installed rather than flimsy or decorative-only.The included bulbs are a nice convenience, especially for a hardwired fixture where it is helpful to have everything ready to go. Pair of Vintage styled Crystal Wall SconcesThe tungsten filament incandescent E12 base bulbs are Included. My kit has 5.The instruction sheet is in color. Showing the assembly and installation as well as telling us what to do. Each photo is numbered per step.My only issue here is that they do not show installing with a junction box. Please do not skip this step. The instructions make no mention of it. However, it is a safety code in the US that should not be ignored. So, I nabbed a junction box from our electrical supplies shelf and tested to make sure that the included mounting bar could be utilized with a junction box. What I found was that the old work juction box that I had on hand would work with the mounting bar as the bar has elongated holes that would allow me to mount the bar/Mounting plate and then the sconce base once the assembly of the sconce was completed.Here is where I found some issues with the finish. The first "lampstand base" I removed from packaging had some severe issues with the finish as it had been scratched off between where the arms go in (see photo). this allows the silver base material to shine through and let me know that it was not made of real brass. The second base was not marred and neither could I scratch it with my fingernail. It felt durable. This is when I decided to take a closer look at the first one to see if there were any tell tale signs that this had been previously handled... or possibly a returned item. I found nothing on the box that would indicate that the fixture had been opened and assembled by a previous customer. No tear in the box. No second layer of tape. However, the base itself has a small indention at one of the holes that suggests that something had been pressed there or that it had been assembled and the arm moved about to cause the metal to bend funny. I began assembling the fixture. I put both arms on through the thin base. Found that I will need to locate a small wrench to tighten the nut that holds the arm so it doesn't rotate. No tool included to handle this. I then went to put the candle dish or "glass tray" as they call it on the side that was slightly deformed on the base. Everything was going fine up until that point. However, when I rest the dish on the candle I found that there was nothing to secure it in place and that it was NOT resting on the metal flange as it should be. It was oddly raised up off of it for the most part. Causing an unsightly gap that looked odd.This would mean that either the crystal dish or the gold dish/flange it was to rest on would not be level. The metal flange is made of a very thin flexible metal. I tried to adjust it to cup better to the crystal. It wouldn't. So, I moved on and will deal with that at a later time. I put the gold candle cup over the exposed wires and rigging on the candles. These are metal. I found them to be a high quality that did not bend. Each has a sticker on it that reads "E12 Max 20W".The crystal candle cups are beautiful! Each has four silver tone (to make them "invisible"} wires set up to hold additional crystals that would drop from the cup. This is well done. Each of the cups is nested within its own plastic bubble wrap bag before being stacked upon one another in a foam nest. Each sconce has its own set of crystals which are secured within a zipper bag that is then within a bubble wrap bag. The multi faceted teardrop crystals are large. Measuring 1.5" in diameter and 2 3/8" long. The flat edge of the crystal (not including the cupped/raised center) measures 1/4" thick (it is 5/8" thick total). There is a gold jumper ring through the top followed by a half inch round crystal and then another gold jumper ring. All the jumpers are gold. There are two strings of 1/2" round and gold jumpers. One measures 7" long with 8 round crystals and the other is 11.75" long with 14 round crystals. There are a total of 8 large teardrop crystals for each sconce. Four for each crystal candle cup.There is a pair of white gloves included to handle the crystals and fixture with to prevent finger prints.The fixtures take minutes to assemble. Difficulty level of a 2 (some assembly required). 1 being pre-assembed. 5 being quite difficult.Being that this fixture was sent in exchange for an honest review via the vine program, I cannot return for one that does not have scratches on it.In looking at the photos of the product online, it looked like and the description states they were antique gold. However, that is not the case.I am going with antique brass in the room this fixture will be in. So, would need to antique the color. Now, I am going to need to use steel wool and spray both with brass paint and do the black antiquing to catch in the details. This is a very unique and cute set of wall sconces. These come with the bulbs included, which most manufacturers don’t. They use E12 bulbs, also known as candelabra bulbs. They’re the second most popular set of bulbs in the United States. These fixtures do not use batteries; they are hardwired to junction boxes.This is also made of K9 hanging crystals that hang for what I would call the wax dishes. The ladies are set up. They look like candlelight, hence the candelabra lights on them, and they have little around those little dishes. Once you assemble this, there are dishes; please see the attached video for the sizing of those dishes. That’s sort of like a wax Collection dish from past years that would’ve been used to collect the wax so it wouldn’t drip on the carpet, and from that you’re hanging Jewels on the little hangers. You’ll see in my video that I mentioned the little places to hang things. These little holes have been drilled, and the glass and metallic fittings were placed there to hold things; that’s why you interact with the canine joules that hang from these dishes. The entire fixture requires some assembly, as most of the parts are not assembled. You’d have to actually assemble the parts together yourself.As I say in the video, whenever I see the words assembly required, " it reminds me of Christmas Eve and rushing to get my children’s Christmas presents assembled before midnight so I can get some sleep myself, since I’ll be up bright and earlyThis is a very high-quality, quite beautiful, and well-crafted fixture, and you get a set of two, which is nice. You can put one on either side of the bed, which is probably what I would do, where each fixture has two lights for two candles. You could put one on either side of a couch if you wished, or one on either side of a fireplace, which is another great place to put them, and it brings your fireplace back to a different period of time, being included for what LED candelabra bulbs, two of them for each fixture. By the way, just so you understand the amount of light that you’ll be generating with each of these fixtures 9 W is the equivalent of an old style incandescence 100 W lightbulb therefore 8 W on each fixture is almost the same amount you get from 100 W lightbulbs like 90 W I’ve been Condes light that’s pretty bright that would be easy to read from either at the couch or in bed and on either side of a fireplace these. The amount of light these fixtures give you is very good value for the money.According the manufacturer, they use a sophisticated electroplating system to turn the brass into a golden sort of look and put a golden luster with real gold. It’s not like a painted alternative electro plated on.Insulation is easy if you have a existing junction box, we wish to install these sconces. You could put them in the hallway on a stairway going up the stairs. I need a side of a fireplace on either side of a couch in the living room one side of a bed and the bedroom.Sadly, they do not come with a remote control so you’d need independent wiring and switching connected to the standard junction boxes. I would also recommend a switch for the bedroom lights at dimmer switch that you could put them both on for the fireplace cause you might want to dim them way down so they look almost like candles. Next to the fireplace were really interesting. Look at that from a decorative point of view.

These sconces are absolutely beautiful, but this is an installation where patience pays off. There are quite a few individual crystal pieces that need to be threaded and attached, so I recommend giving yourself plenty of time rather than trying to rush through the assembly.Before installing them on the wall, I partially assembled one sconce and connected the crystals so I could test the light and see the overall effect. Once illuminated, the crystals catch and reflect the light beautifully and really bring the vintage design to life.The included bulbs worked well, but they do become very hot, so use caution when handling them after the lights have been on.I especially like the combination of the antique gold finish, decorative glass trays and hanging crystals. There is a lot of detail in these sconces, and once everything begins coming together you can see why the extra assembly time is worthwhile.These take some patience, but the finished crystal effect is absolutely beautiful and has the elegant vintage appearance I was hoping for.

Loved these. Great price. I used them for rechargeable battery bulbs not as hardwired sconces. They are beautiful. I added the black shades to hide the large rechargeable bulbs. I also painted the candle covers a creamy color that were gold before.

For the past few months, I have been slowly remodeling my house. It’s not a major project, so I am not tearing down walls or buying new furniture or appliances. Instead, I am painting all the walls, replacing carpets, and making a few tweaks here and there, such as replacing hardware and light fixtures. I have been going for a more modern look with most of the changes I have made. However, there are a few areas in my house that I chose to stick with a classic, vintage look, such as my dining room. I already chose a crystal chandelier for the ceiling and when I saw this beautiful wall light, I knew it would be a perfect match.From the product images, I had high hopes for this wall light but because the price was not that high at $44 for one light, I did not think it would end up being a high-end, premium light. But when the light arrived, it far surpassed my expectations. Even before I installed and set up the entire fixture, I was very happy and impressed with how everything looked and felt. The gold metal hardware had a solid feel and weight to it. And I was definitely not expecting the crystals to be as solid glass as they were. They did not look or feel cheap at all. Even the small crystal piece looked and felt great.The light came with clear instructions on how to install the lighting and to hang the crystals. But it was very easy and I didn’t even need to read any of the instructions. And the light came in professional packaging with all parts well-protected. I attached photos so you could see. And after I installed the light and hung all of the crystal pieces is when it really looked amazing, especially with the light on. The combination of the gold-colored finish and the glass crystal pieces has such a premium, high end look. When the light is turned on, they catch and reflect the light in a really nice way. Even during the daytime with the light turned off, the fixture still looks decorative and attractive on the wallThis crystal light fixture adds so much elegance to my dining room and makes it look so much better. I am still shocked that it didn’t cost a fortune. It really does look and feel so much more expensive than its price. The metal materials feel durable, the finish looks great, and the crystal accents are beautiful. This is probably the best wall light I have ever owned and I would definitely recommend it.
