I love the extra long shower hose.It makes it easy to clean your shower.Great for disabled people and even great for washing your pets. Works better with high pressure shower heads, the smaller ones.The larger one's are clumsy and awkward to hold and balance.

I got this to add length to shower head for my animals, it has saved quite a few shower fights. Before, I had to mostly fight with my pittopatamus to give her a bath, she likes to stay at the other end of the shower were normal shower hoses can’t reach, but now with a normal shower hose + this one, I can reach her wherever she goes in the tub. 10/10 for my rating -99/10 for my dogs rating! Lol

The hose itself is excellent. The stainless-steel outer coil feels much more flexible than the stiff old shower hose I replaced, the fittings turn smoothly, and the standard half-inch connections installed without leaking once the washers were seated correctly.What I failed to notice was just how long 118 inches really is. In my bathroom, you could turn on the shower, walk over to the toilet, and shower from there. That length may be nice for bathing pets, assisting someone with limited mobility, or reaching across a large tub, but it is excessive for an ordinary compact shower and leaves a lot of hose to manage. I’m currently hanging the excess over the shower head, but I’ll probably get a magnetic hook or suction hook or something. This is entirely a measurement issue rather than a quality problem though. If you genuinely need a ten foot shower hose, this is a flexible, well-made option.

I added a wand to my shower not long ago to help with bathing my dog. The hose that came with it was really short, maybe 4 or 5 feet long. It did not work very well because my dog could stay toward the back of the tub and avoid getting rinsed. It is not like she hates baths, but it was hard at times to get her positioned to get fully rinsed.This extension hose really is perfect for that. The 10 foot length is more than enough to get all around her easily.It was pretty easy to install. The kit comes with the hose, an extra filter mesh washer, and some Teflon tape. I removed the old hose from my shower head and removed the wand. The new hose comes with blue plastic screw-in caps. They need to be removed before installation, but they are helpful to keep on until you are ready to attach it because they keep the filters in place.I added a little tape to the shower hookup and attached the new hose, then attached the other end to my wand. I didn’t use any tape for that end. Everything worked great and there were no leaks. The extension is good quality and made it possible to use the wand how I intended to.I got the chrome finish and it matches my shower fixture perfectly. I am really happy with this extension.

Why would any one need an extra long hose for a shower head. Your not going very far? Well, when it comes to cleaning the place you go to to get clean, all of a sudden it comes up short.We have a nice long shower, about 3' by 7', and when it's time to clean, good luck rinsing the walls and floor at the end. I guess it's only a problem if you have a short hose? What about those who don't even have a hose on their shower head, hard to picture how we ever did it before getting these things.The hose itself is very nice, mine is chrome plated but available with other finishes. Looking at the specs confirms this a good quality hose. Very springy and flexible it almost makes you forget about the swivel. This was the only issue I have with it, we'll need to give it a few days to see how that effects its usefulness.This also came with pipe table and rubber seals.That pretty much leaves me with the only issue that won't work itself out. Most of the comparable hoses I found are from $10-20, making this $30 item a bit on the fairly high side without much justification. I can see the quality justifying $25 when others so low, maybe the 5 year warranty helps. I couldn't find any others listing a warranty, in fact this items Amazon page didn't appear to list that either.
