We selected this pendant light for our Murphy bed nook, and it has worked out very well in that space.The nook itself is fairly small, and this single pendant provides plenty of light for the entire area. One feature I particularly appreciate is the adjustable drop length. Our ceilings are 10 feet high, and the ability to install the fixture with up to a 5'7" drop gave us a lot of flexibility. We ended up hanging it a little less than 2 feet below the ceiling, which puts the light at a comfortable height - high enough that it is not in your face, but low enough to provide excellent illumination.The fixture itself is attractive and fits well with the style of our loft. Installation was straightforward, and the embossed glass shade gives it a nice vintage appearance without looking overly ornate.At around $66, we feel this is a good value. The fixture looks great, was easy to install, and offers a wide range of mounting options thanks to the adjustable drop length. You will need to provide your own bulb (standard E26 base), but that also lets you choose the exact look you want. We opted for a dimmable Edison-style bulb and have been very happy with the result.

It’s almost 11 inches in diameter and 8 inches in height. It’s a large white.It generates comfortable, warm lighting. It uses an E26 light base and manufacturer. Suggest you use warm tone lighting with this fixture. The cord length of the picture hanging from the ceiling is almost 67 inches and is adjustable for different heights in your home. The canopy can be slanted if you have a slanted or cathedral roof, and now I have no effect on this fixture.Installation is relatively easy according to the manufacturer, but we chose to do the installation ourselves. I have several caveats for you. First, make absolutely certain that you turn off the power from the circuit breaker control panel box to the junction box that you’re about to begin working on.Second, use a test device to test each and every wire in the junction box to ensure that the power has, in fact, been turned off to those wires.Third, the correct way to use wire lock nuts to connect wires pursuant to the directions of the manufacturer, take the house service wire, remove the last half centimeter fence, and install. Remove the fixture's black wire. The last half centimeter of insulation has the point adjacent to another, pointing in the same direction, and cover them with a wire, lock it up, and turn it clockwise into a firm, mechanical, and electrical connection.Follow the directions carefully, follow the manufacturer's suggestions, and heed the three caveats above, and you should have this beautiful fixture installed in no time.
