The stainless metal caps should be easy to install to eliminate leaking from rusty metal roof screws. The caps seems well made and are shaped like miniature British Army helmets about 1-1/2" in diameter. My only concern is you need a flat area around the screw head of at least 1-1/2" to glue down the caps. Clean the area around the screw heads and the flat part of the cap. Apply caulk to the underside, flat part of the cap and set them over the leaking screw. This should eliminate the leak. At $.40 each, these are a cost effective solution to a leaking roof.

I have tried plastic roofing screw caps and galvanized steel screw caps. These stainless steel caps are definitely a premium product compared to those others. The stainless material is of course superior, but also these are made from thicker sheet than the galvanized caps. These caps are quite stiff so it would be difficult for an edge to get bent out of shape even a little. That means these caps reliably sit nice and flush for a good seal. I'm not sure how exactly these are formed but there is no seam of any kind or indication of any weak spot. The consistent quality control across all 50 caps is also excellent.This product deserves high marks for quality, quality control and effectiveness. As for value, the unit cost is 40 cents which if buying in volume goes down closer to 30 cents. For stainless steel, with no skimping on thickness, the price strikes me as reasonable. They also include a pair of gloves with a grippy palm coating. They are decent all-purpose work gloves, actually, that add value.Overall, I cannot find any issue with this product that would impede its rating, thus five stars.
