Pro nuff!

This is a real review of GEINXURN's 7-Inch Pliers Wrench, 2PCS Smooth V-Jaw Pliers with 15-Position Push-Lock, Fast Adjustable Slip Joint Pliers from a guaranteed human.First of all this is a 2 pack deal, it's not some kind of 2 piece set. Here is what I think about it after 2 weeks with some comparison to another 7-Inch adjustable plier wrench that I received and reviewed recently. My opinion, as a home owner, still stand: this (and any other parallel jaw pliers) would be a great purchase if you don't have tool(s) with similar purpose and/or size already (e.g. crescent wrenches and a channel lock). As with other parallel jaw pliers this is faster and easier to operate than crescent wrench or channel lock pliers. Open the jaw wider than the nut/fitting/bolt that needs adjustment (or all the way), press the button while sliding the pliers to the size needed, and happy wrenching. What I like on this GEINXURN'S pliers:- Very thin and compact. Easy to fit in tight places.- Slide adjustment are very smooth.- Rubberized grip easy on the hand and I like the way there is a space between the handles when the jaws are fully engaged. More comfortable position for the hand when squeezing the handles.- Rubber jaw protectors! Easy to put on when- Good looking design and good workmanship. Giving me some confidence on durability.- $25 for 2 is a good value proposition. What I thought can be improved:- Wished it's a 2 set instead of 2 pack. Perhaps a 7" and a 10" set.

I spent a lot of time testing these wrench pliers, and they are fantastic, versatile adjustable pipe pliers. You get a convenient two-pack of identical 7-inch pliers, which is a great size for everyday household tasks. They can be easily adjusted with one hand simply by pressing the center push button and squeezing the handles to lock in the exact size you need. I’ve used them on plumbing pipes and polished bathroom sink fixtures alike, and the included red soft jaw protectors are phenomenal at preventing surface damage or scratches on finished hardware. Leaving those soft jaw protectors on permanently still provides a strong, reliable grip, even on stubborn bolts. I have been genuinely impressed by the craftsmanship and bite of these pliers; unlike inferior tools, they don't slip under pressure and let you lock the adjustment right the first time without any frustrating fumbling. They offer durable construction and a strong grip while remaining noticeably lighter than other brands, making them the pliers I continually reach for and slip into my pocket to kick off new projects.

I recently picked up the GEINXURN 7-Inch Pliers Wrench set, and I have to say, I'm quite impressed. The two smooth V-jaw pliers are well-built and feel sturdy in hand. I appreciate the 15-position push-lock feature, which makes adjusting the jaw size quick and easy. Whether I'm tackling plumbing issues or working on home repairs, these pliers have proven to be quite versatile. What I really like is how well they grip various shapes and sizes. The V-jaw design seems to hold onto pipes and fittings securely, which gives me confidence while working. I've used them on several projects now, from tightening plumbing fittings to general DIY tasks around the house, and they haven’t let me down. The 7-inch size is just right for maneuverability without feeling bulky. They fit in tight spaces well, which is often where I find myself working. Another bonus is the comfortable grip; I don’t feel any strain even during longer tasks.Overall, I’d recommend this set to anyone looking for reliable adjustment pliers. They get the job done efficiently, and having two in the set is a real plus. For the price, I think they offer great value and have quickly become a staple in my toolkit.

I'm a bit of a tool junkie and have acquired a ridiculous arsenal over the years. My collection of slip-joint and water pump style wrenches and pliers occupies an entire drawer in a very large professional cabinet, but these looked interesting for the sake of their unique adjusting mechanism, so I thought I'd give them a try. So far I'm a lot more impressed than I thought I'd be.The adjustments are initiated by depressing a simple flat spring tensioned push button, and that whole mechanism is completely exposed but protected on the reverse side of the wrench. It all looks robust enough that I feel pretty confident it'll outlive me. The adjustments can be made in roughly 1/16", or about 1.5mm increments by pressing the push button and sliding the lower jaw handle. The tools come with a pair of fitted vinyl jaw pads that stay put pretty well, and with them installed you can maintain parallel jaw openings all of the way out to a bit over an inch and a quarter. The adjuster does get a little fidgety at the extreme limits of its range, but nothing that'll make you want to cuss.I found the wrench very easy to use, but with a few caveats. As you adjust for larger openig use the handles offset more and more as a function of their design, so your grip and leverage change along with that. They still work just fine, but these are pretty small in overall length, so the extra opening width is likely to reach around things that you simply won't have the length and leverage to handle. One effect of the adjustment mechanism is that you only get about 5/32" of travel once yo set your jaw spread. That's actually nice when you're using them since you don't lose your selected size every time you release pressure and reposition the tool, but it's a little weird if you're used to regular water pump pliers and their willingness to open completely at every size. The handles on these are also somewhat narrow, and although they are fitted with vinyl sleeves to pad them, they're still just small. The chrome vanadium steel used is a very good quality material and appropriate for a tool of this type, and the casting and machining of the product overall is very well done. As a set I think two different sizes would make a lot more sense, but for the quality and performance of the individual tools themselves I still feel they are a pretty decent value for the money, even if I only have need of one this size. These tools will definitely last you a lifetime in my opinion.

These pliers are OK to use on hex shape objects, like the joints on pipes, but not on the pipes themselves. This is because the jaws are flat and doesn't provide a real grip on the circular pipes. The silicone pads do help with the grips, but it's more of a temporary solution. The silicone pads will get worn down eventually, way faster than the steel, which means after a while, the silicone pads will be to be trash. For usage on the hex shape joints, these works great. The jaws can be set to 15 position, which makes it a tight fit against the hex shape joints more probable. With the fit tighter, there is no need to use the silicone pads.Don't think of these as general purpose pliers but instead as as big wrench. Do this and you won't be disappointed. And make sure to give the plier a good wipe with some rag towels because there was leftover grease/oil on the jaw area.

These arrived in separate clear plastic bags inside a black bubble wrap padded bag. Included was the two pliers and the jaw pad sets for each one. Everything was in perfect shape.I knew these were good pliers as soon as I opened the package. They are a very solid steel construction with rubber grips. They are simple to operate and adjust to the size you want. You just press a spring loaded button to release the jaws and change their width. They lock again when you stop pressing the button after making your size adjustment. It is easier to do that than it is following my explanation on how to do it.They do not have serrated jaws, they are smooth. This is useful for many purposes, such as loosening nuts, etc. The jaw pads that come with these are pretty durable rubber. They go on the jaws by sliding and clamping on with little tabs. They are quite secure when they are on there. I will be leaving these pads on the jaws as they will aid with gripping for whatever I am using these for around the house. I had originally planned to leave them off but I found them to be quite helpful so they will stay on. They can be removed and replaced fairly easily.I have no cons for these pliers. They are very solid pliers that I am sure can be used for most things you might need pliers for. The price is very reasonable given the quality of them.
