These pliers feel solid and the handles are comfortable to grip. The locking mechanism works smooth, so no complaints so far.I got these specifically to replace the faucet cartridges on my sink and they did an excellent job. The V-jaws gripped the nuts without slipping and in general they held on well throughout the whole job.I've owned CR-V tools before and they got some rust if left in damp places. I don't know if these would rust as well, but just in case, I dry them thoroughly and apply a light coat of machine oil or WD-40 to prevent oxidation if they get wet during use. If I notice any rust in the future, I will come back and revise this review.
