These are robust hooks for any purpose, the black color disappears next to any dark surface so it's a good solution when you don't want bright gold, for example. The best part of this kit, honestly, is the bit that fits in a standard drill which has a slot that the hook fits into, making it super easy to install them. I don't know why I never thought about such a thing existing, but it's new to me and I will use it a LOT.

Handy set of cup hooks that come with plastic expansion inserts for drywall or masonry and a hook driver.The hooks are well made and a good size for cups though might be a bit small of an opening for mugs. They’ll also work for keys, jewelry, or whatever you need to hang.The plastic inserts are just the standard ones, I don’t usually use them for hooks as I prefer fastening directly into wood.The driver is interesting to me as I usually just use pliers. It has a 1/4” hex end for use in a drill driver. It really works great! I could’ve used it years ago putting up Christmas lights.

It's nice to have these types of hooks to use when needed. I like how they come with the anchors, if you need those, and a unique driver that fits in my battery-powered drill perfectly. The black hooks look very nice and seem to be sturdy. I'm not sure I would hang a heavy planter on it though, but I feel like it would be perfect for a hummingbird feeder or solar light. For the number of hooks you get, along with the unique driver to quickly install the hook, I find these to be well worth the price. I'd highly recommend to anyone looking to buy some hooks to use around their house, or even outside.

We added a new deck on our house and the fun part is always decorating. We are huge wind chime and plant lovers and now so much room to hang things. These hooks will all end up being used right there on the deck. The do include the inserts if you need it for sheetrock or paneling. I am going straight into wood so not necessary for me but a nice inclusion. These do seem well made and have good wide threads. Out of caution, I am drilling pilot holes to not stress them too much going in. I am doing black accessories on the deck hardware so these will just enhance the look. The coating seems to be thick though and doesn't scratch easily.
