It’s not just the product itself that impressed me—it’s the attention to detail that went into the packaging and everything that comes with it. Each individual part comes in its own little bag, and they include all the adapters you could possibly need in case you have a different style or brand of faucet, or even a faucet from another country. I was lucky that mine fit perfectly right away without needing an adapter, but I’m still glad they included all the options in case I ever move or change faucets.I also love that it has a built-in filter and a flexible arm. In my case, I have a very long sink, and my faucet wasn’t reaching the middle of the sink properly. This solved that problem perfectly.I used to use the filter shown in the second photo on all of my faucets because the water where I live is very dirty. While it worked, the replacement filters were expensive—and that’s really where they get you. The filter itself may not be very expensive, but the replacement filters add up quickly. The plastic housing was also bulky and eventually started leaking after repeated use.That’s one of the reasons I like this product so much. The replacement filters are inexpensive and easy to find online, and it comes with several filters right out of the box. The ones included could easily last me a year or more. That’s exactly how a product like this should be sold.I ended up liking this faucet extension so much that I bought one for every bathroom in my home. I’m a huge fan, and I honestly hope they never change the quality or simplicity of the product.If they ever wanted to upgrade it, the only things I could imagine adding would be a 360-degree swivel function for the extension arm, if that’s technically possible, and maybe a small filter-life indicator that changes color when the filter needs to be replaced. But honestly, neither of those features is necessary. If adding them would make the product more expensive, I’d much rather they leave it exactly as it is.I really can’t say enough good things about this product. The price point is excellent, too. Anything significantly more expensive would probably be too much, but at this price, it’s practically perfect.It’s been a long time since I found an Amazon product that I genuinely have zero complaints about. I absolutely love this faucet extension and highly recommend it.

I was skeptical of this when we first got it, but a friend warned us the hard water here will eat through faucets and shower heads. Meaning the water here is absolutely brutal on skin.It took me a while to realize what part of the heavy filter would change color indicating time to replace it, but once I figured it out, I definitely noticed a difference in the water quality. We had a filtering faucet last about 6 months to a year here. We finally got a brand new one and I am telling you now, Get. The. Heavy. Filters. Get. This. Faucet Extender. Your skin will thank you. I can’t recommend this product enough. Five Stars!

UPDATE - Frizzlife, after hearing our complaint, sent us three boxes with the filters that should have been provided originally. The faucet filters themselves are quite good; they include a massive collection of gaskets, rings, and tools that I can't imagine anyone would ever find themselves unable to install the device. It spins easily in many directions and the spray-mode makes it quite easy to clean a sink of shaving detritus, soap, etc. just by moving the extender in various positions.ORIGINAL: The description said "The system includes 6 PP cotton and 3 carbon fiber filter cartridges.." but the 6 PP cotton filters were not present. There are in the box some white spacers but they don't look like the cotton filter product pictures nor do they fit where the carbon filters do. They are white and round but they do not contain any filter material and do not attach to the filter properly -- you can put one of these spacers in the cylindrical compartment where a filter belongs, but it is not snug and you can see water simply flowing around it if you do so.Given that a box of eight cotton filters sells for a touch under $10, this is $7 or so worth of filters that are not being included as claimed. If the product had simply said "includes three carbon filters" and nothing more, I would rate it well, but I can't condone this type of false advertising. That said, I have no idea whether this was a manufacturer or a reseller issue.

Super necessary! It came with a lot of different adapters, glad I was able to find one that worked and fit. 4 stars only because the plumbers tape needs an upgrade it was barely enough and the technical instructions need improving. A washer may or may not be needed as the washer inside the adapter was causing the water to spew out. I made it work and we have been loving it compared to how dirty the water was before, I could never go back to not having this filter. I like that it came with plenty more filters to last a while before having to replace them. It’s reassuring to know you are not washing your face, hands & body and brushing your teeth with dirty poisonous waters. GET IT! The price and the quality is A1!

Good quality. No leaking. Fit my older faucet perfectly. Easy to install. I love the 360 swivel and how easy it is to switch from normal water flow to spray. The water pressure is great too! Highly recommend.

Updated 12/01/2025:Still a great experience! I bought a second one for another sink since the first one was so helpful. The kits are well packaged and thoughtful- including everything you need for the install. During the install of my second faucet attachment, I realized that the plastic washer on my faucet side was broken down and releasing black bits into the water. I went back to my first attachment install and saw that the filter was doing a good job catching these bits, and the filter now needed a changing. There is a male washer adapter included in the kit and that was exactly what I needed to replace my faucet washer with. I installed both faucet attachments with this washer adapter and was good to go! One negative point is that I received a return product (tape was broken from the packaging and parts removed from original plastic packaging), but all the parts that I needed were there as well as all the filters I expected. I guess they have decent return quality control. I’m still happy with what I received.Additionally, my first carbon filter lasted somewhere around 4-5 months before I saw that it needed to be changed. The water hardness in my area is around 300ppm, so pretty hard water. My sink faucets have calcium build up and I could taste the difference in the water after installing this filter. My photos show the faucet attachment successfully installed on a moen faucet head and the first filter I used that caught the black plastic bits being released from the broken down washer that was part of my faucet (probably original washer from a 1990s build install 😅)First review—————I was concerned by all of the reviews regarding incorrect adapters and people having to contact support for their faucets, but I took the plunge anyways since people seemed to have good experiences with customer support. As it turns out, my faucet was a normal 23mm Moen faucet and the provided male adapter worked just fine. Really appreciated the thoughtful packaging complete with a little wrench, allen wrench, plumbers tape, diameter measuring ruler. I looked carefully at the 'Unsuitable' faucet styles before buying and all of the information on the amazon page and this product has worked out great! Now my toddlers can wash their hands easily, I feel more comfortable about them drinking the filtered water when they brush their teeth, and I can clean the sink easily too! I can now also use the spout to spray water up at my face instead of the scooping motion I was doing before when washing my face. Fantastic upgrade to the bathroom!

I don’t usually write reviews—but I had to for this water filter.First off, installation was a breeze. It came with multiple faucet adapters to fit various setups, all the necessary tools, and several replacement filters—making it a great value, especially compared to pricier alternatives. Just make sure to read the instructions carefully instead of eyeballing things; it’ll save you from any unnecessary frustration.I had read a review before buying that said the filter casing was hard to open, but I didn’t have that issue at all. Just remember: lefty loosey, righty tighty—and double-check everything before installing, since no product is perfect. That said, this filter is very well manufactured.Now for the reason I really had to write this:
After moving into an older building, I started having serious skin flare-ups—something I hadn’t dealt with in years. The tap water here would sometimes run with a yellow tint and even tiny pebbles, likely from old, corroded pipes. I never touched the discolored water directly, but the fact that it runs through the same pipes clearly mattered. Skincare treatments weren’t helping, and I was stumped until I realized the water itself might be the cause.After installing this filter and using it for a month, my skin has done a complete 180. The water now runs clear, and I haven’t had a single flare-up since. The filter also has a nice rotating nozzle for water flow and the whole thing rotates for different positioning, which is a great touch.Bottom line: if you're dealing with questionable tap water, this filter is an affordable, effective solution. It genuinely made a difference in my health and quality of life, and I highly recommend it.
