These arm sleeves are a great item to wear outside for UV protection. They are super soft and lightweight, so even on a hot day are not too uncomfortable to wear. They are made out of bamboo which is a natural material and allows, cooling and breathability. I found the value of a two to be reasonable. I can put them in my backpack or they are small enough to put in your pocket. I am a woman 5 foot nine 150 pounds and got the small size and they fit perfectly. They are not too tight, but I don’t feel like they will slide off my arms with activities. I specifically got them for backpacking and working in the garden to protect my arms from the sun. Happy with the purchase.

I ordered these bamboo viscose arm sleeves for several reasons. My kids go to a school 30min away, so I'm spending 2 hours on the road every day they have school--not counting the time just sitting in the pickup line waiting. That sun gets really uncomfortable on the bare arm in that time.I first tried a long sleeve shirt, but it got really sweaty and gross really fast, so I jumped on arm sleeves when I discovered they existed. However, the ones I had were polyester and a touch too tight on my arms--not exactly the most comfortable feel.So then I saw these. I did not need MORE arm sleeves, but I did need BETTER arm sleeves. Bamboo viscose is one of my favorite textures, and these are larger than the others I had. They are also plain enough that I don't have to feel embarrassed when I accidentally leave them on when going inside my destination.I'm so glad I got them.They are very comfortable. They stay up without pinching my skin. They block the sun so that my skin doesn't get that uncomfortable burning feeling while I'm driving.I love them. Absolutely a win!

I haven’t worn these sleeves for a full outdoor day yet, but I wanted to share my first impressions along with photos. The bamboo viscose fabric is extremely soft — noticeably smoother and gentler than typical nylon compression sleeves. They have a cool-touch feel when you run your hand across them, which makes sense for something meant for sun protection and heat relief.The stitching looks clean with no loose threads, and the stretch is even throughout the sleeve. They’re not overly tight in the hand area, which is good for comfort, but they still have enough elasticity to stay in place. The White/Sage set is true to color: the white is a soft neutral and the sage has a muted, calming tone that matches the product listing.Fit-wise, the Small/Medium size appears appropriate for average arms — not baggy, not restrictive. I've been hunting around for these for awhile off and on. Saw these and they looked as thought they'd fill the bill and luckily they did! I got the small. I am petite, 5'2", 124lbs, very slender arms. That's the only worry I had. The being too big for my arms where they would be too big to stay placed correctly for long periods of time. I shouldn't have worried, they slid on comfortably and felt like silk going on and even after getting them on. They elastic or the tighter ends at top and bottom fit very well to keep these in place without slippage. As far as the girth, it was a tiny loose but no big deal at all. Even without using them outside, just trying them on for fit reasons. They felt surprisingly cool the entire time, weirdest sensation! But I now know why people always say how cool it keeps them, of course that's what I was seeking on top of the other benefits as in keeping UV rays from burning my skin.As far as I'm concerned these are super nice fitting, comfortable without falling or cutting circulation, just doing what they are suppose to do, stay on my arms for protection and the added real life truth is they stay cool on their own, how I don't know but wow! I highly recommend these but if your arms are thicker you might want to size up one? Again, I have very slender and petite arms with overall weight of 124lbs most of which is in lazy tummy, not alot but that's where it goes and leaves. These are another lucky choice and well worth the value. The black and white were perfect to go with all your other clothing. Coolest, literally things I've ever tried on, really. Must be behind the times. Oh well, at least I caught up with them before to experience the truth in advertising!
