I have one of those farmhouse style sinks. It's really cute and ceramic and black. I picked this up because I'm worried about some dents or cracks because kids tend to drop things pretty hard into the sink sometimes. I did measure mine turns out I was a little off on my measurement and this did not quite fit. However it works well enough. I ended up cutting off either side by an inch and I still have no issues. I am very happy with it even though I made my own mistake. Really good quality, I definitely can clean it in the dishwasher, serves its purpose and it's a good price.

This sink mat is the same as the type at my job in a deli. The mat has excellent drainage and thick rubber construction. The bottom is beaded to keep air flow while drying. This mat is a little big for my sink but will accomplish what I needed. I bought a large sink and ordered this mat because I wanted to protect my dishes and my sink. I often wash large pans and my other stainless steel sink became scratched and dented. So I wanted something to keep my dishes and sink from damage. This is a perfect solution to my problem. The mat is super heavy duty. The color matches my kitchen and I can stack my expensive plates in the sink to rinse them. The drainage is superb because it allows food pieces to wash through and catch in the drain screen. Very easy to wash, store, and use. Worth the money.

I'm very pleased with this sink mat because it fits my stainless steel sink perfectly! I'm also a fan of this product because my apartment complex is adamant about what types of cookware can be placed on my range's glass top. That excluded my favorite heavy pan for baking or roasting meats until now! I can safely place almost anything on top of this sink mat and now I don't have to hunt around for enough trivets to protect my stove or counter top.The underside of the mat is spiked with scores of little "legs" which 1. help dissipate heat if I use it under a hot baking pan and 2. prevent water from pooling under the mat when I use it in the sink.A generous size and variety of protective functions are good qualities of this mat.

I received this silicone sink protector this week and I absolutely love it! The mat measures 26 inches by 15 inches. The silicone is nice and thick. I was worried it might be flimsy, but it is very well made. You can bend it and is flexible. It has small knobs on the underside of the mat so that it lifts off of my sink a tiny bit. This is really helpful for the water to still be able to flow under it. I had a metal mat, but food would constantly get stuck on it and it was super hard to clean. This mat is so easy to wipe down and food just slides off of the smooth surface. It is also dishwasher safe! I have put it in the dishwasher to get a deep clean and it came out looking brand new again. The integrity of the silicone didn't change at all. I chose the gray color because I have a stainless steel sink. I like that the silicone won't scratch the steel surface. Since the mat is heat-resistant too, it is very versatile. I have also used it when I take hot dishes out of the oven. I can put the dish on the silicone mat and it keeps my counter from getting burnt. The design of the mat is nice because it allows you to cut away the piece that goes over your garbage disposal. I actually left mine intact so that the hole would stay small. That way I can prevent utensils from falling into the drain.
