Got these to add on some new sections of lead I had hanging around with bad ends and they seem to be working really good the lock in nice and secure and have not had any issues with them coming loose or loosing connection. The price is way nice then what you would pay at a weld shop and the quality from what I can tell so far is the same.

My husband was recently given the lead off a welder that no longer works and he wanted a way to set up it up like an extension cord that could be added and removed easily when needed. With these cable connectors, he was able to change his setup to be able to add or remove the new length of cable quickly and easily with no tools required. Since this is a two pack of connectors, this also allowed him to create a small section of lead with the stinger attached that could be removed and secured when not in use.The connectors themselves appear to be well-made and come with everything needed to install them onto the cables. They connected securely to the cables and to each other, and have been working as expected with no issues.Compared to purchasing these from a local welding supply shop, the quality is just as good if not better, and at a much lower price.

I received these JZWELD 2 Pack 350 Amp LC-40 Welding Cable Quick Connector Welding Leads for a review through the vine program.First impressions: The plastic insulating handles are thick and durable feeling. The insert that clamps on to the welding cable is about 4" of solid brass stock. These are the same quality as my Tweco quick connectors. They have a decent weight to them. I'm confident these will handle 350 amps just fine.Included was a hex wrench and two copper "shims" that go around the bundle of eyelash thin copper welding wires and keep them bundled together to make insertion easier and give a surface for the tightening screw to bear down on.The only detraction I have is that you will need a relatively thin flat head screwdriver (not included) to take the retaining screw out to disassemble it. It would have made more sense to design it so the retaining screw used the same size hex head as the clamping screw.I like using these connectors for attaching a short length of thinner, more flexible wire attached to a stinger to a much thicker, heavier and longer welding wire, which allows higher current/amperage to travel over a further distance. It gives me better control of the stinger without having to wrestle with a heavier more awkward wire as I'm manipulating the arc.If you had an accessory, like a carbon arc gouger, you also could attach one of these to it so you don't have 50 feet of cable permanently attached to an accessory you might use only occasionally, and when you're not using it you can re-attach your stinger.I also have a car that I don't drive all the time. (Sunday driver) and with most modern cars, the computer will eventually drain your battery. (It's called parasitic draw) I have used a similar quick connect welding fitting to my negative battery cable so it's a quick twist to disconnect the battery instead of fiddling with the screw terminals. It's heavy enough for the amperage a car uses on startup as well. These appear to be high quality and offer good value for the price. With the right screwdriver and correct cable sizing, there’s very little to complain about. In my opinion, this is a 5/5 star product.

I was impressed with the quality of these LC-40 welding cable quick connectors. The machining is clean, the components fit together precisely, and they have the solid feel you'd expect from a quality connector. The connectors lock together securely with very little play, providing a positive connection that's easy to make and release when changing leads or equipment. They accept 1/0 to 2/0 AWG cable as specified and make it easy to build or repair heavy-duty welding leads. The insulating covers fit well and provide a professional-looking finished installation. Once assembled, the connectors feel durable and capable of handling the demands of regular shop use.Overall, this is a top-notch set of welding cable quick connects. If you're making new welding leads or replacing worn connectors, these are an excellent choice with quality that rivals much more expensive name-brand connectors.

These JZWELD 2 Pack 350 Amp LC-40 Welding Cable Quick Connectors have been solid for my setup. The 350 amp rating handles the load well, and they fit 1/0–2/0 AWG cables cleanly. Having two male and two female connectors in the pack is convenient for making up both ends or having spares. The green color is easy to identify, and they lock together securely with a good positive click.I’ve used them on a few cable swaps and they make disconnecting and reconnecting leads quick without any fuss. Build quality feels durable and they hold up under regular shop use.Overall, these are reliable welding cable quick connectors that do exactly what they should. Good value in the 2-pack. Recommend.

Previously, crimped cable ends would get loose from frequent plugging and unplugging, leading to poor arc stability and overheating joints. With this screw‑locking design, cable connection stays solid all the time. The thick insulated casing resists oil, welding spatter and minor abrasion from workshop surroundings. 4 units in one pack is cost‑effective, I can replace worn connectors on multiple welding machines at once. Assembly is beginner‑friendly; the included hardware removes the need for extra tools. Highly recommend for small workshops that use welding gear daily.
