How I Use It:I’ve been using this mailbox for a couple months.Features that stood out to me:The mailbox works great; and I also really liked the easy install because it simplifies my day a lot. The durability is pretty good too; I tend to get more work done.My Personal Experience:If I compare this one against the others I’ve used, this one is just plain better. I wasn’t expecting to like the durability as much as I do.Pros and Cons:What was good: Durable, affordable, easy to install, secureWhat was not good: NoneDurability:After two months, it still does its job the first time every time with no fuss. I can’t really ask for more.Final Thoughts:Overall, it has been good for me and my needs, and I’d buy it again.

Oversized mailbox that holds ALL our mail even smaller packages ! We needed a secure, larger mailbox for our small home based business and this was and super box. It arrived and could not have been more pleased. Strong build on this with quality construction. The hinge operates very smoothly, the locking mechanism is secure, and the flag is strong and stands out. Packages drop in and are secure and the entire box still looks very nice out on the post. Installation on the post was a easy transition from our old box, and this has held up very well in all of our Montana weather. Highly recommend this unit completely.

This is one tough mailbox! The metal for the box measures 0.047" (18 gauge), and the flag is 0.067" (15 gauge) - I don't think any of the boxes at the home stores are anywhere near this weight. There is no shelf inside as it may look like in the listing. The door is sold with a strong magnetic catch, but no lock as may be implied from the pics. The kit includes 8 M8-1.25 x 20 mm (3/4") bolts with washers and nuts that are intended for mounting to a steel plate (not included) on a steel post. For mounting on a wood post without the plate you will have to get inventive. There are a lot of holes in the bottom besides the mounting holes for drainage. The door also has a vent which is not something I have seen on other mailboxes. There is also a sheet of number decals included. This is a nice plain box that is sure to hold up well. This company should consider making toolboxes of this quality.

The box is sturdy with what appears to be a good paint job. I believe the flag was plastic. Many products use metal flags.Functionally, it is easy to open and close and the magnetic latch holds it securely closed.The price/value is competitive with similar products on Amazon.I only gave 4 stars because of some minor issues with mounting.While the product does come with a variety of hole patterns, not all mountswill have predrilled holes. I had to make my own cardboard template from the holes.Most products will supply a pre-printed template.The other mounting issue is that the mount is assumed to be pre-drilled metal.There are an abundance of nuts and bolts, but they are all the same length and type.Most similar products also supply some lag bolts for use with wood mounts/posts.In the attached pictures, the box is shown with a solar address number display that was on the mailbox replaced.The numbers on the solar panel are 2x the size of those provided with this product.The hinge allows the door to swing 180 degrees. Most USPS approved mailboxes have doors that only open 90 degrees.

ReviewThis was a great upgrade to our mailbox! The larger size gives us plenty of room for our mail and packages, and the black finish looks clean and modern. I really like the combination of the magnetic latch and key lock, which gives it a secure feel. It’s a much nicer-looking mailbox than what we had before and feels like a substantial upgrade.DetailThe galvanized steel construction feels sturdy and appropriate for being outside year-round. I also like the decorative mesh door because it adds some detail without making the mailbox look overly decorative.The extra-large size is probably my favorite feature because there’s plenty of space inside. The overall design looks great mounted outside and gives our mailbox area a much more updated appearance.

This is a super nice mailbox. Very easy to install my husband did it within 15 minutes. It holds up very well. The magnetic door is amazing and easy to open and stays securely closed. It’s super spacious and fits about 7 clothing packages inside and the price is great!
