[Size: 3/8" x 9" (2 Pack)]
These look they will do nicely drilling out pen blanks. A bit longer than expected but still think they should work. Think they're still shorter than the auger bit they're replacing.

Worked quite well. The 3 point carbide cutters are great!
[Size: 9/16" x 9" (2 Pack)]
Awesome drill bits at a great price. I beat these up pretty good and they still cut right through whatever I need them to. Used on pressure treated lumber and even got into the ground a few times with no issues.
[Size: 1" x 12" (1 Pack)]
I purchased for boring stumps for removal it works well. Seems to be very high quality metal and cuts pretty well. My only problem is I need a larger drill a standard 1/2 inch hand drill does not have enough power to drive. It will work but it is very difficult.

It worked great. It was sharp and was able to handle everything I threw at it. Would buy again.

I’ve used these bits on a variety of wood projects, from soft pine to treated lumber, and they have consistently performed well. The build quality and design stand out right away, and the overall experience was very positive. What I like• Sturdy build and premium look: The bits feel substantial in the hand, and the outer coating gives a professional, high-quality appearance. The included plastic storage tube is a nice touch for keeping them protected and organized.• Three cutting edges and precise drilling: The three-cutting-edge geometry results in clean holes with minimal wandering or tearing. I drilled several holes in both treated and untreated lumber and consistently received excellent results.• Efficient performance with less effort: In practical use, the bits bored through wood faster and with less effort than my other bits. The shaving and chip evacuation during a bore are notably. The hole and rim were also smooth to the touch.• Durable materials and coating: Made from heat-treated carbon steel, the edges held up well after multiple holes. Keeping RPM low helped manage heat and reduced resin buildup when drilling treated lumber. This is often a problem with some of my other drill bits.• Versatile shank design: The 1/4-inch hex shank fits securely in multiple drills and stays put once tightened.Practical tips1. Drill at low to moderate RPM to control heat and resin buildup, especially with pre-treated lumber.2. Make sure the hex shank is fully seated and the chuck is tightened properly to prevent slipping under load. Also, don’t push down too hard, let the bit do the work.3. For harder or knotty wood, start with a small pilot hole to reduce stress on the bit.4. Inspect the cutting edges periodically for wear and clean the bits after use to extend life.5. Use the included storage tube to protect the coating and keep your bits organized between projects.Pros• Solid, premium-feeling construction• Clean, accurate holes with minimal tear-out• Reduced effort and faster drilling• Good heat management and resin control at low RPM• Was compatible with my three drills from different manufactures• extended shaft lengthCons• Long-term edge longevity will depend on usage; I’ll update if I notice changes over time• Primarily tested in home DIY scenarios; professional-grade environments may varyBottom lineIf you want a reasonably priced, reliable, premium-looking drill bit set that delivers clean holes quickly and fits a range of drills, this hex shank three-edge set is a great value. It’s well-suited for home DIYers who frequently drill into wood, including treated lumber, and appreciate durability and ease of use.

Picked these auger bits up for drilling through 6x6 posts for some through bolts to setup a hammock. Price is fair and a littler cheaper than what you might pay at a hardware store for a similar set. They come in a cheap plastic tube that you have to twist multiple times to open (kind of strange packaging but not a big deal and its nice they at least something to cover the blade). The pictures look AI and the bits don't look as "nice" in reality but they are sharp and the steel seems strong. They cut cleaner than a spade but are not as fast. I didn't have any trouble getting through the 6x6s but if you don't care about the cleanliness of the cut and you just need something for a quick through-hole then a spade might be better. Overall decent set that should last a while.
