Aluminum Magnetic Portable Flood Flashlights 180° Rotatable Main Light

I have other USB rechargeable LED flashlights. This is likely the most powerful I've seen. Note that it uses Samsung LED chips, which I believe is an indication of the overall quality.It's very lightweight and compact. I especially like that it's made of metal, which makes it very rugged.There are two separate lighting sections. The round spotlight on top has four lighting modes: low, high, moonlight, and SOS signal. The head that holds the spotlight swivels 180 degrees, which means that you can point it wherever you need it.The square lower lighting section is the floodlight: That has five lighting modes: low, high, red, blue, and SOS.There are only two buttons on the right-hand side, which makes operating the light very simple. A card with easy-to-follow instrcuctions is included in the box.The left-hand side has a USB-C port for recharging. When the unit is charging, a tiny red LED between the buttons flashes. It changes to solid blue when fully charged. A USB cable is provided.Two self-adhesive magnets are also provided, so that you can mount this on a wall if desired.Note that all of the modes are very bright, so I'd avoid looking directly into it while cycling through the modes.This would be great to keep in the glove compartment of a car. It does a better job than many much bigger and bulkier lights. It's a good value and would make a great gift: Highly recommended.

A versatile little flashlight that throws a serious beam. The magnetic base and 180-degree rotation make it incredibly useful for hands-free work or tossing into an EDC bag.I keep my Grand Army Trooper Tech bag loaded with tools and gear, but space gets tight, so I needed a light that wouldn't take up a massive footprint. This mini flashlight fits the bill perfectly. Despite its small size, the light output is intense. The dual light source gives you the option for a focused spotlight to see far down a trail, or a wide floodlight to light up an immediate work area.The 180-degree rotatable head is where the functionality really shines. You can clip it to a strap or pocket and angle the beam exactly where you need it. The included hardware features a strong magnetic base, which provides excellent support if you need to stick it to the underside of a car hood or a metal electrical box while working with both hands.The overall quality feels rugged. The aluminum body gives it a solid weight and great stiffness, so it won't easily crush or crack if you drop it on the concrete. The operation smoothness of toggling between the different light modes is quick and responsive without having to click through a confusing menu.Having the emergency SOS signal adds good versatility for camping or roadside emergencies. I got the orange variant and quite like it. It feels solid in hand and is well made but you can make out its not quite brand name quality..and that is excusable because a brand name light of similar function would be 2 or 3 times the price of one.It is quite small, fits on the palm of my hand and packs a punch. So far I have not charged it, been using it with the charge it came with straight out of the box.It has a few light variations, regular, blue, red, flashing and the smaller bulb on the top that cab change direction.The back of the flashlight has a magnet so one can stick it to appropriate surfaced if required which could be useful. The package contained 2 metal stickered pieces to use if one has a spot that where one might want to magnetically attach this light but is not magnet appropriate currently.Overall ,I liked this light, wish the orange was closer to clementine orange, this is a slightly faded/ lighter orange.A corner slot for a lanyard would have been handy but its not there, so that's a miss.2 buttons toggle through all the variation in light modes and its difficult to remember what combination takes one where but that's the same in all flashlights included branded ones, its irritating but I guess of you use it long enough, you tend to figure it out.The manufacturer could have thought of a better brand name and if nothing else , printed it on the body a little smaller in a more attractive manner.Overall not bad for the price.

I ordered the EDC Aluminum Mini Pocket Flashlight in orange.This is a neat little flashlight. There are some pretty clear positives and negatives, so let me get right to it.The positives:- Very high build quality. Feels like milled aluminum: lightweight, strong, and precision fitted parts.- Very bright! No complaints for a flashlight this size.- And it's small: barely three inches long. Nice and lightweight too.- Pretty good run time. About 4 hours on the 300 lumen low-light mode, which is still brighter than a lot of lights. For its size, that's great.- USB C charging.The negatives:- Sharp edges and corners! Put it in your pocket and you definitely notice those edges as you move around.- Ergonomics could be better. You have to long-press (just over one second) to turn on/off the light using either of two buttons. One button controls the directional light that's on a pivot. The other controls the floodlight that has white/blue/red options. Holding a button for a second or so seems easy, but when you're in a rush it's surprisingly frustrating, and if you are not familiar with the light you probably won't know how to turn it on at all. I'd prefer one button on/off, and one button to change the mode. A lot of people don't intuitively think about long presses.- The pivoting head has not been useful so far. It's mainly a hand-held light, so you typically just point it where you want it. Could have saved engineering costs by having no pivot.- Dumb complaint: it was really hard to get it ouf the box. It was stuck in its foamy surround with no easy way to extract it.It is a super handy flashlight to keep around for many uses, but for the price and less than ideal ergonomics, I'm not sure I'd recommend it. (And I definitely don't want to keep it in my pocket.)

I see a lot of positives with this little, but very bright light, but also some downsides. This is one of those things that many people don't think to have on hand, until they actually need one. I got this to keep in my crossbody as I'm often out after dark in unfamiliar neighborhoods while I'm pet sitting. I wanted a small, but bright light. This one fits the bill overall, but I think there could be some improvement. First of all, I had to look up what EDC meant and I learned that it meant every day carry. I don't know who is going to carry this mini light around. Maybe they're thinking you could attach it to your keys or maybe for men who still carry things in their pockets, but I don't think it would be very comfortable. I think it works okay inside a bag or better yet clipped to the outside of a bag, as long as it's accessible. The fact that it's orange makes it stick out and not blend into a bag that is placed in. I think it would also work well if you kept it in your car in the console. Both the spotlight as well as the ambient light are both very bright and have multiple settings for different uses. It certainly beats having to use the light on your cell phone and has the added benefit of working even if your cell phone battery is low. However, this does have a rechargeable battery and I'll be interested to see exactly how long the charge lasts. The thing that would make this inconvenient is not having a charging cord or charging location nearby if I really needed it and the battery was running low. Another downside of this light is the cost. I think it's way overpriced for what it is. At $35, it's a little more than most people want to spend for adjusting case item. Also, at that price point, I would expect it to include an alarm that could be activated in an emergency situation. It doesn't have that. It's not a bad product and in fact the lights on it are very good, but I just think it's overpriced and while portable, not as convenient to carry around as the description would imply.

This is a great light to have on hand anywhere. It is lightweight and portable. The emergency orange color makes it easy to spot in the bottom of a packpack or purse or to find in the junk drawer. Both the spotlight and floodlight are super bright and illuminate a huge area for the size of this flashlight. It would be helpful in every day and emergency situations. Living in Florida, these types of lights are indispensable.I do like that batteries are not need and it comes with a charging cable. It does not supply the power plug, just a USB to USB-C cord that is very short. There is no indication of charge level unless you plug it in. Even plugged in, it only gives you a charging or fully charged status. For an emergency light, I would hope to have an idea when the battery is weak and needs charging.Although there are many helpful colors, modes and brightness settings, it is trying to memorize morse code to remember the sequences to get it to the function you want. Since the modes cycle by press, if you do it too fast you miss your mode and have to start over. I do like that it does have a memory if you get it to the brightness you prefer.The whole piece is magnetic, which is a great feature to be able to keep handy on a fridge or in a workshop. For places that are not magnetic it comes with two small magnet circles to allow you to stick to any other surface.The price is reasonable for such a useful tool. I may find a way to put a sticker on it with the button functions to make it easier to use it as needed.

This mini pocket flashlight now lives in my hiking bag, and I might need another one for my purse. It sports two really bright LEDs, but with the push of a button, you can vary the light intensity to suit your needs. For the main light, you can even choose red or blue light instead of bright white. The red comes in really handy when stargazing, because it won't ruin your night vision. If you set it to red and turn it off, it will turn back on in red mode. The mini spotlight can rotate into different positions, which can be really handy if you need to look into an awkward space, and it even has a mode where it can blink SOS. The whole thing fits easily in my palm and is super light weight, so carrying it along on hikes is not an issue. I chose the bright orange casing to make it easy to spot if needed quickly, or if it gets dropped in the woods. The light recharges via a USB C port, so recharging is super easy. Use one long press on either button to turn it off or on, and single clicks cycle through the modes for each light. It couldn't be much simpler.I do wish it had a battery level indicator, but it's pretty easy to plug it in before I head out; a full charge takes roughly two hours, so topping it up happens pretty quickly. I have not had an occasion to test how long a charge will last.

I got this mini flashlight as a replacement for a flashlight that died, and I am so very happy the old one is gone because I like this one so much better! It has a rechargeable battery via USB Type-C, and it includes a charging cable in the box. The best part is you never have to worry about dead batteries or not having batteries around when you want or need to use your flashlight, and the rechargeable battery it comes with lasts a very long time. It is extremely portable due to its small size, but you don't sacrifice performance due to the small size, and even after using it for a prolonged time, it does not get hot, as a lot of them do. It has some really unique features that I have not seen before (and I have had quite a few flashlights). The main beam rotes 180 degrees so you pick where you want the light to go no mater how the body is oriented, when you turn the flashlight on, you can easily toggle through the modes (Low, high, moonlight or SOS signal) The second switch controls the side light (low, high, red, blue or warning flash), again something you don't see in flashlights of this size. The body of the unit is a nice quality aluminum, with very heavy-duty construction, and the back section has a magnet built in (another nice feature), This thing will take a beating and last for years with the quality construction. The price of the unit is a bargain for all you get. I have paid a lot more for a lot less of a flashlight. If you are searching for a small, bright, well-engineered, high-quality, and low-priced rechargeable flashlight, stop looking, you've found it. Buy it, and you will be very happy you did, just as I am!
