I got this to replace a small polyurethane air hose on my portable tank. Those hoses are inexpensive, but they kink and tend not to last long. These hybrid hoses are lightweight, more flexible, don't hold a hard coil memory, and kink way less easily. They're just nicer to work with, like you're not fighting the hose. The fittings are included, and it took all of 30 seconds to replace my old hose with it. I haven't had to use it yet, but I can tell it will be much better. I use the air tank to fill the tires on my kids' bicycles and to blow out the wall heaters in the house in the fall. The 10' hose will give me plenty of slack to work with, especially since it's so flexible. This was an excellent upgrade for me that will make my home chores go faster and easier.

Reviewing the Syxqt hybrid air hose in the 10ft length with 1/4'' fittings.This item arrived at my location in great shape and perfect working order. It was wrapped in plastic to avoid damage and looks awesome in purple.I am setting up an air station in my new shed so that we can air up pool toys and floats, bike tires, footballs, and basketballs quickly and easily. It is also great for using the air hose to quickly clean off the floor of the shed and push all the dust and wood shavings out the door.This hose is very light weight and flexable. I have no trouble winding it up after use or unrolling it for the next days chores. It is much easier to use on a daily basis over my larger compressor and hose system. The smaller system uses less electricity and fills up its smaller tank quicker. So, this should save some electricity and trouble over that bigger system.The hose also doesn't kink up like you may think a thinner hose would. It is quite sturdy and has stood up to all the uses I have thorwn at is so far without having one issue. Each end of the hose has a strong rubber handle to ensure that the hose doesn't flex too hard at either end. It will also keep it from kinking and becoming worn when you need that last bit of length to reach a far away item.Overall, I really like this light weight hose. It really has added to the versatility in my shop. Having an option for a ten foot hose over my fifty footers keeps my work load small. Using this with my smaller air compressor also keeps my costs down on electricity too. This is a great short hose for air supply or air tools. The color is outstanding as well....and this guy comes in a number of colors to meet your pleasure.Highly recommended for newbies in the shop or professionals. Would make a great gift too.Great item, cool colors, well made and versatile....very happy handyman too.

A great, fully assembled and ready to rock air hose. There's many pneumatic components you buy these days that come all in parts and they leave it to you to assemble into the functional unit that was advertised, but this one actually did come with the fittings & strain reliefs all installed properly, securely, and leak-free. The hose itself feels great, being hybrid it feels solidly rugged and durable yet is still friendly to manipulate, flexible & doesn't fight me excessively when I'm moving about tool in hand. The male end fitting fits firmly and properly into all my female fittings and into the fittings on the compressor and manifolds. Female end is fantastic with the push-to-connect style fitting that makes it dramatically easier and more convenient to connect things, especially with gloves, oily hands, or sometimes even with just one hand. All points along the hose are solid, no leaks. Nicely red and vibrant and I love that the male and female fittings are matching colors, a small aesthetic touch that matters. It's interesting how sometimes shorter hoses are as expensive as if not more expensive than ones 2x to 5x the length, but in this one's defense it feels of quality in hose, fittings, connections, and all hardware. Value is OK at ~$17~$18.

The hybrid material keeps the hose light and flexible, even when coiled tight on the compressor. It came with both male and female quick connect fittings already installed, and every air tool I tried--tire chuck, blower, nail gun, air impact, and impact gun—-clicked in without any issues. The 10‑foot length is ideal for quick jobs around the garage, and the color options are a fun bonus. The 3‑year warranty also adds some peace of mind.The one drawback is the female quick disconnect. When the hose is pressurized, releasing it takes a lot of force. One‑handed removal is impossible, and even with two hands I had to fight it to release. If you swap tools often, this slows things down enough that I felt it deserved a star deduction. This issue doesn't happen when the hose isn't under pressure.

I have a few different 30-50' hoses, but I needed something shorter for simple use when you don't wanna bring out a long hose. I came across this one and it seemed to fit my needs well so I decided to give it a try.This seems like a durable and good quality hose. I tested it with my setup and everything performed well, no leaks or anything. I like the grey color too vs all my orange and red ones. The 1/4 connectors make it highly versatile and compatible with just about any setup. Definitely easy to use, don't really need any instructions or anything. I like they used a bit of red thread locker as well. The 10' size it just right for what I needed too. I like the flexibility of the hose also.The hose is rated up to 300 psi.Overall I would say if you're looking for a good quality 10' air hose I would recommend trying this one. I feel like the price was a good value too.

Just last week I finished unloading my new to me 600lb (weight not pressure) shop compressor to its finial resting spot in the corner of my shop where I'm going to frame a small enclosure for it. I realized I only had a 50ft air hose that came with it, and needed something else like a feeder hose to attach to my compressor permanently to feed out the top of the enclosure. So when this popped up for me to review I had to jump on it.Right out of the box the universal connectors look high quality, and easily attached to my compressor and extension hose. No leaks, or other inconveniences to fuss with. The hose itself also feels high quality. It feels dense, but also malleable enough to route exactly how I need. I like to see the temperature rating range is soo big. Living in Texas we sometimes get wild week to week temperature swings, and this will need to hold up in a non climate controlled environment.Time will tell on overall durability, and if anything changes I'll be back here to update this review, but so far I'm very impressed with this hose for the price.

This 10 ft air hose is exactly the kind of short line I wanted to keep connected to my compressor. I already have a good 100 ft rubber hose, but it is too much to drag around for simple jobs. I also use a couple of small coiled hoses, but those are not always the best fit either. For airing up kids’ bike tires, basketballs, footballs, or topping off vehicle tires in the garage, this length makes a lot more sense.The hose has a nice rubbery feel instead of that hard, cheap-feeling plastic feel some PVC hoses have. It is a 1/4 inch hose rated up to 300 PSI, which is more than enough for my typical air compressor use. I had it connected with my compressor around 125 PSI and did not notice any leaks.The fittings feel solid, and I like that the connections already appear to have sealant or thread lock on them. The bend restrictors are also a good touch for a short hose that will probably stay connected most of the time. The purple color is brighter than I expected, but I actually like it because it stands out from my other hoses and is easy to find.For a short leader hose or quick-use garage hose, this is a very good option. I do not have any complaints so far.
