flush mount to the ceiling! No headroom? No problem! This one will give you the crystal glitz you are wanting without the need for a lot of additional head space.I was initially very much looking forward to installing this in our new master bath. But then it arrived and the upper ring that is against the ceiling looked like raw metal... not the shiny chrome or SS that the images showed. The instructions are lacking ANYTHING of any REAL instruction for installation. Let alone telling the buyer that there is a film on that upper ring that will need to be removed. I finally was able to get my nail under it... peeled a bit back and snapped a photo. It is EXACTLY as I had hoped it would be. That high sheen reflective surface will be perfect as a main overhead light for the bathroom. Add to that the mirror finish on the center. It is going to be perfect! So, I'm still in love with it.The instruction sheet however... that is complete gibberish.If you get this fixture please... #1) cut the power supply #2) USE A JUNCTION BOX #3) Connect the bracket to the junction box or wood brace above the fixture and make all electrical connections #4) Remove ALL plastic film #5) wearing cotton gloves to avoid fingerprints, connect the fixture to the bracketTrying this fixture out prior to installation told me all I needed to know. The light is amazing. one star off because of the instructions (or really lack of intelligible instructions)Difficulty level: 1 out of 5 with 1 being fully assembled and 5 being "call the electrician!)

This might be a bit on the bright side but that’s helpful in my room.Installation took about twenty minutes with basic tools. The flush mount sits tight against the ceiling and the LED stays cool to the touch after hours of use.It works fine in the hallway too where I tested it for a few days. The size feels right for smaller rooms and the crystals stay clear without collecting much dust so far. Its a straightforward piece that does the job of lighting the area.This is set at a reasonably fair price point, especially for the quality.

The instructions were decent and easy enough to follow, but my brother, who is an electrician, came over to help with the installation, which made the process go even more smoothly.What I love most about this fixture are the crystals. They are gorgeous and add so much sparkle and elegance to the room. The crystals catch the light beautifully and honestly make the fixture look far more expensive than it is. It's the perfect touch of glam without being over the top.I was also impressed with the quality. The fixture feels sturdy, durable, and well-made compared to other lights I've purchased in this price range. Once installed, it completely transformed our breakfast nook and gave it a much more polished and upscale look.Overall, I am very happy with this purchase. This light looks much nicer in person than I expected. The crystals and mirrored finish create a really attractive sparkle, and I think it would be a great-looking upgrade over a basic hallway or foyer light.Unfortunately, I decided not to install it yet because a few quality-control and design issues turned what should have been a quick 15-minute swap into a much bigger project.Here were the main problems I ran into:The sheet-metal ring at the top is visible and unfinished. It really needs a coat of paint to look like it belongs next to the crystals and polished surfaces.The mounting bracket was missing a screw, and the bracket itself was about 1/4 inch too short to comfortably span the fixture. It would probably still work, but it doesn't inspire confidence.There is very little clearance for making the electrical connections. Given the amount of empty space inside the fixture, the wiring could have been designed with more slack to make installation easier.The bracket would also benefit from additional mounting holes to better match common ceiling-box configurations.At this point, the fixture is going back in the box until I have time to paint the visible metal, source the right hardware, and essentially finish what the manufacturer should have finished. That's disappointing because the actual light itself is quite attractive.If you're comfortable doing a little DIY work and tweaking a fixture during installation, you'll probably end up with a nice-looking result. If you're expecting a straightforward out-of-the-box installation, I'd look elsewhere.Great appearance, but the execution and quality control need improvement.
